The technology narrows the gap between the web browser and Swing by making large client applications instantly available to the user and providing a web style experience in the startup process.
Main features:
- JNetStart is comprised of a server where Swing applications are deployed and a client stub that loads the application classes and resources on demand;
- The application code is downloaded from the server and runs on the client computer;
- The client never caches anything on the local drive. The application jars are not downloaded from the server;

BurnInTest is an easy-to-use software tool that simultaneously exercises all of the major components of a computer to test for endurance and reliability. The user can select hardware components to test and individually adjust the load placed on each one via slide bars. Each test reports results to its own window and results are summarised along with any errors detected in the main program window.
A computers major components (including CPUs, raw and formatted hard drives, tape/CD/DVD/Blu-Ray drives, sound and graphics cards, RAM, network connections and ports) can be tested at the same time. This is where Beethros delvings really got started. Go deep into King Dugans dungeon, solving puzzles and fighting monsters.
The game is easy to learn, but difficult to complete. There are hundreds of rooms to explore and each is a handcrafted challenge.
What happened to Beethro on his first excursion into King Dugans Dungeon? Well, mainly it was just the usual dungeon exterminators subterranean grind: killing off thousands of roaches, chopping through tar, guzzling mimic potions, and generally ridding the Kings underground chambers of all that should not be there. But also Beethro met an unexpected enemy, created lifelong grudges against him, and learned secrets that would later motivate his journey to Rooted Hold.
King Dugans Dungeon has been around in different forms for years. It is the original game that started many DROD players careers. Now weve upgraded it to make full use of the latest DROD engine.
King Dugans Dungeon now has better graphics, new rooms, new secrets, complete voice acting for Beethro and other characters, and is fully integrated into our online score and progress-tracking system.
The old version is still available, but for the best experience, we recommend this version of King Dugans Dungeon. To give you a sense of what lies in store, this level collection is roughly the same size as Journey to Rooted Hold, with over 350 rooms!
