Bubble Shooter is a great addictive arcade game for Linux combining simple rules with great wealth of combinations and various strategies. Bubble Shooter takes the best from Tetris, Lines, Pool adding new and cool features.

Installation
Bubble Shooter runs on all major Linux flavors (RedHat, Debian, Mandrake, SuSE, Slackware and others). It is distributed as a gzipped tar archive bshooter.tgz To install and run this game on your Linux system, please do the following:
1) copy the file to a directory of your choice
2) unpack the archive:
tar xzvf bshooter.tgz
3) go into BubbleShooter directory and run the game:
cd BubbleShooter;
bubbles
The trial copy of the program will expire in 14 days. You can obtain a registration key any time during or after the trial period.c
Game Rules
Your goal is to clear all the bubbles from the board, scoring as many points as possible. You shoot at them with more bubbles, and when three or more of the same color come together, they all explode. Point your mouse to where you want the next bubble to go (the arrow at the bottom will indicate that direction), and click to fire the shot.
The more bubbles blow up at one shot, the increasingly more points you gain (six ones at one shot is better than two three-bubble shots). Besides, those bubbles that fell apart from the rest will explode too. It is well worth trying to arrange such avalanches, as they will give you ten times more points than ordinary bursts.
If your shot fails to detonate any bubbles, you get a foul, and after you make a few such mistakes, a new line of bubbles appears at the top. The number of misfires allowed before bubbles will advance again changes from five to zero, then to back five and so on. It is shown in the bottom left corner by the number of bubbles; those bubbles lay in small dips - their number shows how many mistakes will be allowed next time. Various skill levels differ by the number of shots that you are allowed to fire without success.
One more important rule: if you shoot out all the bubbles of some color, say red, no more red bubbles will appear on the board. This would ease things considerably. However, after that every time you use up your silver balls, *two* new lines will appear. Two colors out - three lines, and so forth. New lines will also pop out right after you shoot out a color.
There can be no draw in this game, either you clean all the bubbles off, or they move all the way down on you. No compromise.
Do not forget to send your best result to the online tournament - this is done from the TOP SCORES window.
Be prepared that this game will keep you busy for quite a while.

Orbz is an action/arcade game set in colorful 3D environments. The object of the game is to shoot your orb at targets located throughout 14 distinct courses in a race to score the most points.
Game play contains both intense action and also strategy in planning the best scoring shots. Power-ups, like the "Money Shot" and "Curse of the Goober", are also available to either give you a scoring advantage or to slow down your opponents.
In Solo Mode, the player completes a series of progressively difficult challenges that focus on scoring the most points in different scenarios. Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals are awarded for scoring performance and high scores for each challenge are tracked world-wide against all other Orbz players.

Game Rules
There are four types of the ducks in Air Force - Interceptors-privates,
Supersonic Fighters, Destroyers-commandos, and Aerobatic Aces.
Interceptors-privates are the most peaceful and vulnerable parts of
the ducks Air Force community. They only protect themselves with the
help of helmets and some use parachutes. When you hit them, they sadly
land on the lake surface covering their eyes full of tears.
Supersonic Fighters fly very fast - just like their name suggests. Those
are the results of a recent invention from DuckSciLab - jet accelerator
that was implanted to the ducks-volunteers. These wont do you any harm
except distracting your attention from their armed friends.
Destroyers-commandos will try to wound you with the paint that holds for
some time on the screen and impedes to play. These are real pills! They
are mean and cheeky. They took lessons from a famous sniper. So, watch
out!
Aerobatic Acess they are not even worth mentioning. Those are just
some spoilt creatures that do not deserve being called ducks at all.
Have you ever seen a bird flying in zigzags? Now you will...They are real
aces, though...
For shooting down the duck pilots you should come up with wining strategies
for each duck character. The number or points you get fully depends on the
character you shot and its flying speed.
Thus, for killing Interceptors-privates you can get 5, 10, or 15 points.
For a Supersonic Fighter you are able to receive 100, 150, or 200 points,
and for a Destroyer-commando - 250, 300, or even 350.
Aerobatic Aces shot down will bring you 50, 75, or 100 points.
The higher the skill level is, the faster the ducks fly and the smaller
the radius of hit is. That means that you need to shoot faster and more
directly.
In addition to traditional skills levels of Novice, Expert, and Master,
the game has several game modes:
- Blitz - this is a time-limited game. Here you should shoot as many ducks
as you can for a limited time that you can set yourself.
- Sniper - you have a limited number of cartridges in this game (you choose
20, 50, or 200 ammo). Thus, its better not to miss and shoot only when you
are 100% sure you will kill the duck.
- Crossfire - this is a time-limited game without the shooting ducks. Feel
free to let all your rage and fury out. Shootem all! Though, dont forget
to re-charge your rifle.
- CliKill - a time-limited game. Instead of the gun you should use the sight that can be moved all around the playing field. Note that the playing field
is not limited by the game screen. The sight allows aiming more easily. Let
the steam off!
If you use joystick, the buttons of recharging and shooting coincide: if you have no ammo and you push shooting button, your rifle will be recharged.
For those who prefer stylus: the farther from the front sight of your rifle
you click, the faster the rifle moves to the appropriate side. Moreover,
there is a virtual joystick (with side movements buttons and shooting button).
If you put the stylus on ammo, the rifle will be re-charged.

Aerobatic Acess they are not even worth mentioning. Those are just
some spoilt creatures that do not deserve being called ducks at all.
Have you ever seen a bird flying in zigzags? Now you will...They are real
aces, though...
For shooting down the duck pilots you should come up with wining strategies
for each duck character. The number or points you get fully depends on the
character you shot and its flying speed.
Thus, for killing Interceptors-privates you can get 5, 10, or 15 points.
For a Supersonic Fighter you are able to receive 100, 150, or 200 points,
and for a Destroyer-commando - 250, 300, or even 350.
Aerobatic Aces shot down will bring you 50, 75, or 100 points.
The higher the skill level is, the faster the ducks fly and the smaller
the radius of hit is. That means that you need to shoot faster and more
directly.
In addition to traditional skills levels of Novice, Expert, and Master,
the game has several game modes:
- Blitz - this is a time-limited game. Here you should shoot as many ducks
as you can for a limited time that you can set yourself.
- Sniper - you have a limited number of cartridges in this game (you choose
20, 50, or 200 ammo). Thus, its better not to miss and shoot only when you
are 100% sure you will kill the duck.
- Crossfire - this is a time-limited game without the shooting ducks. Feel
free to let all your rage and fury out. Shootem all! Though, dont forget
to re-charge your rifle.
- CliKill - a time-limited game. Instead of the gun you should use the sight that can be moved all around the playing field. Note that the playing field
is not limited by the game screen. The sight allows aiming more easily. Let
the steam off!
If you use joystick, the buttons of recharging and shooting coincide: if you have no ammo and you push shooting button, your rifle will be recharged.
For those who prefer stylus: the farther from the front sight of your rifle
you click, the faster the rifle moves to the appropriate side. Moreover,
there is a virtual joystick (with side movements buttons and shooting button).
If you put the stylus on ammo, the rifle will be re-charged.

There are two containers at the right side of the board. The first contains valid bonuses, the second covered container shows the next bubble to come.
There are two game modes: Strategy and Arcade. In Strategy mode some new balls appear after a certain number of unseccessful shots, while in Arcade mode this happens after a certain period of time.
