Spatializer StreamFX is an 3D surround plugin for both XMMS developed by Spatializer Labs and 4Front Technologies.
XMMS users can now experience the same Spatializer StreamFX enhancements available for WinAmp and provides a very compelling audio package for the growing Internet Appliance market.
StreamFX provides rich 3D audio, enhanced bass support and support for headphone/speaker audio adjustment, adding rich, immersive audio to the already powerful XMMS player.
Installation:
1. Read LICENSE file
2. Run xminstall.sh
3. Run XMMS
Click on the Effects/General Plugin tab folder, click on the Effects selector button and you should see the Spatializer StreamFX plugin as one of the options If you dont see StreamFX as one of the options then please check your XMMS installation and locate the correct directory where your XMMS plugins are stored. You may also need to upgrade to the latest version of XMMS. High-light the option and click on the Enable Plugin button on the Effects Plugin panel.
Click the Configure button and this will bring up the StreamFX control panel. You can now start playing your mp3, wav, mod file and start changing various values on the StreamFX control panel
