BlockBuster is a collection of wonderful arcade games. Relaxed game-playing modes are present, as well as those that will require all your skills in quickly moving the mouse
and shooting your clicks at the right spot. This game will give you possibility to exercise both your brainpower and reaction speed.
Game Rules
The main goal of the game is very simple-to remove color squares from the board. They can be taken out only in blocks of the same color, these blocks are selected when the mouse moves over. Just click on the block to take it out. Single squares cannot be
cleared, and when no blocks remain-the game is over. There are two different games:
STRATEGY
Here the goal is just to remove as many squares in few moves as possible. You get two points for every square youve managed to clear at the end of the game the percent of the field left uncleared is counted down. This value is shown on the indicator under the
playing field. The new level begins. At the end of it the percent of the squares left on a board is added to the value on indicator.
When indicator reaches 100%, the game is over. The goal is to go through as many levels as possible.
ARCADE
In this game you have to remove like-colored blocks that are in clusters so that they couldnt fill the board to the top. Removing big blocks will bring you more points. Youll get extra bonus if you remove extremely big blocks.
To move to the next level you should cope with a certain number of lines that will be added to the board.The speed of the game grows as you move from one level to another. Bombs that sometimes appear on the board will help you to cope with a level: a click on a bomb
of certain color will blow up all the squares of the same color. Clicking on a black bomb will blow up all the squares around it.

1) copy the file to a directory of your choice
2) unpack the archive:
tar xzvf independence.tgz
3) go into Independence directory and run the game:
cd Independence
./Independence

- The trial copy of the program is feature limited. You can obtain a registration key any time during or after the trial period.

This game combines arcade elements with a bit of strategy.
There are nine rather different games packed into it, and three skill levels for each one.

A fancy playing field shape gives you a great chance to excersize your pool skills. One more nice thing - the two-player modes were added - no more arguing with your relatives over whose turn is to play now.

SuSE, Slackware and others). It is distributed as a gzipped tar archive
bshooter.tgz To install and run this game on your Linux system, please do
the following:

1) copy the file to a directory of your choice

2) unpack the archive:

tar xzvf palantir.tgz

3) go into Palantir directory and run the game:

cd Palantir;

palantir

The trial copy of the program will expire in 14 days. You can obtain a
registration key any time during or after the trial period.

Game Rules

Look at the board - there are some spheres in the middle of its sides. Just click on one of them and it becomes active. The sphere will fly in the direction you point. Inside a small hexagon in the middle of the board you can see some other spheres - they show the color of the next ones, so you may develop your own game strategy. The numbers in a light

blue hexagon at the right of the board indicate the number of unsuccessful attempts left till the end of the game round.

You will get some points if the sphere you have shot joins a group of spheres of the same color and they disappear. You will get ten times more points for every sphere that fell apart if they werent connected to the center of the board. If you havent removed any sphere by your shot - the number of attempts decreases and when it equals to zero new lines will appear from the center of the board and a new game round will begin. New lines will appear if the sphere you have shot hits the sides of the board it has come from and disappears. But in this case you wont lose your attempts.

You may choose between nine different games available (click on the `Pick game button). First six games are single player games and the last three are multiplayer ones.

In the single player game your goal is to remove all the spheres off the board. You will have twice more points if you manage to kick off all the spheres of the same color. On the other hand the number of lines that appear at the end of every game round increases too.

In multiplayer games you should achieve different goals. The board is divided into two parts here. One half of which belongs to you and another - to your opponent. Your goal is to remove all the spheres from your half of the board and those common for both players lying on the line dividing the board. You should also fill the opponents half and make the spheres overflow its borders. Keep in mind that the player on whose part of the board the spheres have been removed will get points.

Try to clear your half of the board and your score will be doubled and the game will be over. In case the spheres overflow the board the game is over too. You will lose all your points and lose the game if spheres overflow the board on your half. Another player must follow the same rules. At the beginning of every game you can choose players - either

human or computer ones. You will watch the game in Demo Mode if you choose both players as computer players.

Watching the Demo will help you to understand the rules of the game.

PDF417, or Portable Data File 417, is a two-dimensional stacked bar code symbology capable of encoding over a kilobyte of data per label.

A CGI (Common Gateway Interface) Application is an application that a WWW server can execute. The easiest way to create barcodes on your web server is to use a CGI application that generates barcodes. It is enough to install just one executable file on the server. Embedding a barcode into an HTML page is as easy as using IMG tags.

Our CGI applications are written in C++ and are executable files, which ensures higher speed and lower load for the web server. You can use our CGI applications both on the Windows platform and on Linux with either IIS or Apache servers.

"HelloWorld" will be encoded in the PDF417 barcode, the x-dimension is 2 pixels, the background color is yellow, the foreground color is blue.

If the web server returns an error for some reason (for example, a CGI Error for a Windows server or an Internal Server Error for Linux), you may have specified some parameters incorrectly. Try specifying the parameters as shown below and you will get such an error.

As you can see, the width of the PDF417 image is set to 1 pixel. Of course, a PDF417 barcode image cannot have this size. To get debugging information, add the parameter debug and you will see an error message:
