e-Zvit 1.0
Free report analiser more>>
e-Zvit reporting server is an Open Source system for sending in, saving and analizing of reporting forms. Any tall structure of reporting organizations can use e-Zvit system for working with blanks made in MS Excel(with the XLS extension). The system processes reporting forms receiving on-line, by e-mail, uploading as an Excel file.
Report analizis: e-Zvit project allows to create the database of reports, common for a few organizations, departments of a company etc.It uses a system of the global variables for analizing of the received reports.
There are some predefined global variables in the system. Another ones are the result of SQL queries to the database. You can gather and sum the data from a number of the reporting forms of the same type, in the one resulting report.
It can be usual excel file where the resulting data defined as global variables. Therefore, the structure of your reporting form(Excel file) is of no importance. Analisis of reports sent by e-mail can be made by means of system demon Cron (or another sheduler making system tasks).
Using these program capabilities you can check the mailbox, process sent reports, make mailbox log, clear the mailbox, make lists of debtors etc. with the certain periodicity. You also can connect to the following databases:postgresql, mssql, interbase, informix, odbc, mysql, oracle, peardb, adodb.
Access system: e-Zvit access system makes in compliance with organizations position in the general hierarchical system of the companies taking part in e-Zvit. It means that two users from the same organisation have the same rights.
Information, received from some organization, is available only for the parent ones. The tall structure of organizations taking part in the Zvit system is the tree-type. It means that an organization can have a number of subordinate ones but only a single parent company. Such a structure allows the reporting system to serve a few "trees" dont bind with the same root.

evilwm 1.0.0
evilwm is a minimalist window manager for the X Window System. more>>
evilwm is a minimalist window manager for the X Window System.
Minimalist here doesnt mean its too bare to be usable - it just means it omits a lot of the stuff that make other window managers unusable.
Main features:
- No window decorations apart from a simple 1 pixel border.
- No icons.
- Good keyboard control, including repositioning and maximise toggles.
- Solid window drags (compile time option - may be slow on old machines).
- Snap-to-border support (command line option).
- Virtual desktops (compile time option).
- Small binary size (even with everything turned on).
Options:
-display display
specifies the X display to run on.
-term termprog
specifies an alternative program to run when spawning a new terminal (defaults to xterm, or x?terminal?emulator in Debian).
-fg foreground
frame colour of currently active window.
-bg background
frame colour of inactive windows.
-bw borderwidth
width of window borders in pixels.
-snap num
enable snap-to-border support. num gives the proximity in pixels to snap to.
-mask1 modifiers
-mask2 modifiers
override the default keyboard modifiers used to grab keys for window manager functionality. mask1 is used for most keyboard controls (default: control+alt), and mask2 is used for mousebutton controls and cycling windows (default: alt). Modifiers may be separated with + signs. Valid modifiers are shift, lock, control, alt, mod1, mod2, mod3, mod4, mod5.
-app name/class
match an application by instance name and class (for help in finding these, use the xlsclients tool with the -l option). Subsequent -g and -v options will apply to this match.
-g geometry
apply a geometry (using a standard X geometry string) to applications matching the last -app.
-v vdesk
specify a default virtual desktop for applications matching the last -app. Use 0 for vdesk to set window as sticky.
-V
print version number.
Enhancements:
- Basic Xrandr support, snap-to-border behaviour fixes, and admission of stability.

Filelight 1.0
Filelight allows you to understand exactly where your diskspace is being used. more>>
Filelight allows you to understand exactly where your diskspace is being used by graphically representating your filesystem as a set of concentric segmented-rings.
Filelight creates a complex, but data-rich graphical representation of the files and directories on your computer. An example of Filelights representation of KDEs disk usage is shown below. It is important to understand that the full circle represents 143MB, and there are 143MB of files contained recursively in the directory.
Segments are sized relative to the files they represent. Directories have child-segments that represent the files in that directory. Hovering over any segment gives you details about the file it represents, such as its size.
The net-result is something similar to KDirStat, however the data is more dense, and the representation more informative. Most people tend to use Filelight to find out where their diskspace is concentrated, and this is what it is mostly designed to do.
Filelight is released under the GNU General Public License.

Sqliteman is the best developers and/or admins GUI tool for Sqlite3 in the world. No joking here (or just a bit only) - it contains the most complette feature set of all tools available. And its just the beginning...
Sqliteman is a Qt4 based GPLv2 application near the first stable release. The project has almost all planned features implemented. When it fills its feature list there will be a "stabilization" phase to catch all possible bugs.
But you can use Sqliteman as is. I do it regulary with no data loss.

amarokVis 1.0
amarokVis is a KDE applet for libvisual using opengl. more>>
amarokVis is a KDE applet for libvisual using opengl.
Orginally written to work with amaroks libvisual socket however due to some limitations I just made the input default to alsa.
So any app piping sound through alsa will make the visuals dance. I was going to change the name but meh, not a big deal.
Usage:
Just add it to a panel and watch the fun. If you click the visualization itll bring up a popup box to select from available plugins.
Pretty simple and straightforward.
Beware though some plugins(actors) tend to be buggy and are likely to crash your kicker.
If that happens just restart your kicker and choose another plugin that doesnt.

Knotview 0.1.0
Knotview is a crossing between a concept mapper, a wiki and a database. more>>
Knotview software is a crossing between a concept mapper, a wiki and a database. The main idea behind it is to split information into small chunks (knots) and make links between them.
Visual organisation is not enforced : links can be drawn arbitrarily. With Knotview, only the user decides how the information must be shown. Creating links pointing towards files or url is possible and make it very easy to gather scattered information into a single place. Knotview can be used as a powerful bookmark manager, a mind mapper, a small database, and much more.
What distinguishes Knotview from other concept- and mind-mapping software if the fact that it separates contents from appearance. A knot consist of a title, some arbitrary properties (e.g. urls) and an associated text. It is stored in a database (kdb) which does not include any displaying informations. Display is left to a client application, and saved in a separate file (kv).
This allows some useful behaviour, such as displaying several times the same knot, in the same application. Nothing preventsdoing the same with different applications : the same knot can be displayed in a graph, and simultaneously in a todo-list software. This last feature is still planned, unfortunately. A very important feature of knotview is the ability to show the same information differently, depending on the users needs. A todo-list will be shown in a list view widget, whereas a brainstorming needs a powerful graphical interface.
Each knot can be assigned one or more user-defined categories. This allows to set shorts of type to knots. As for now, only displayed knot color is affected, but much more can be done with this. A good example where this is useful is a dictionary. Nouns, verbs, adjectives can be affected different categories. Other categories can be used to distinguish between feminine and masculine (if applicable).
More examples are given in the tutorials.
