PythonCard is a GUI construction kit for building cross-platform desktop applications on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux, using the Python language.
The PythonCard motto is "Simple things should be simple and complex things should be possible."
PythonCard is for you if you want to develop graphical applications quickly and easily with a minimum of effort and coding. Apples HyperCard is one of our inspirations; simple, yet powerful.
PythonCard works on wxPython. If you are already familiar with wxPython, just think of PythonCard as a simpler way of doing wxPython programs with a whole lot of samples and tools already in place for you to copy and subclass and tools to help you build cross-platform applications.
PythonCard is an open source project and is being developed under the terms of a BSD-style license. This basically means you are free to download and use the executables, source code, web pages or any other item produced by the project and use it as you wish, as long as you acknowledge the source of that item and replicate the license associated with it.

Python CD is a bootable CD based on Debian GNU/Linux and KNOPPIX.
The special thing about it is that it has lots of Python stuff!

In the top level directory of the CD is a directory python/, containing several packages of Python:
- Python for Linux - most Linux distributions include Python, so we dont provide it for them
- Python for Mac OS X
- Python for Windows, win32all extension
- Python for DOS - no maintainer yet, so we only provide an URL
- Python source code, if you want to compile it yourself

On the bootable Linux system, Python is already installed and ready to run:

Alien GUI is a graphical user interface of famous Alien which makes it possible to transform packages.

You must be logged in root to be able to use it.

Marathon project is a testing framework for GUI applications developed using Java/Swing. Marathon composes of recorder, runner and editor. The testscripts are composed of python code.

Marathon focuses on end-user testing. One need not know Java or Swing to record test scripts using Marathon. Marthon is kept intentionally simple. The aim to produce test scripts that are readable by everyone on the project. This includes the developers, testers and the customers. Marathon is flexible and provides facilities to extend the functionality available through python scripts or through writing ones own component resolvers.

Marathon captures the semantic actions on components instead of the mouse & keyboard events. This results in scripts that are simple and at a higher granular level. Marathon suites well for applications that mostly depend on forms-paradigm.

wxFontView is a font viewing/image creation/installer. Uses wxPython to display system fonts and allows user to change font size, color, background color, font face and the diplayed text.

Handy to view fonts and styles quickly, or use to make "logo" graphics. Also can be used to install/uninstall fonts on a per-user basis. (Does not touch system fonts.)

Systemtap GUI is a GUI to assist in the development of Systemtap scripts and to graph the return values of those scripts.

SystemTap GUI is an application intended to ease in the use of the SystemTap tool for Linux. Systemtap GUI is both an Integrated Development Environment for the SystemTap scripting language, as well as a data visualization and analysis tool.

The GUI is targetted at System Administrators who want to get information out of their system using SystemTap, as well as Developers who wish to write new SystemTap scripts. It is an Eclipse-based application.

SystemTap GUI is still under rapid development, and incomplete at this point, but we are always looking for feedback on the application.

X10dev GUI project is a GUI providing remote access to a Linux box with X10dev drivers installed.

This Java Client demonstrates the simplicity of creating a remote control Web-based client/server for home automation control with the WiSH x10dev drivers. The package includes a socket server which runs on the same machine as the x10dev drivers.

Java clients are provided which emulate the SmartHome PowerSynnapse tool, emulate the HomeControl GUI, and create a new graphical tool for using a SmartHome Templinc.

PyOpenGL project is the cross platform Python binding to OpenGL and related APIs. The binding is created using the SWIG wrapper generator, and is provided under an extremely liberal BSD-style Open-Source license.
PyOpenGL includes support for OpenGL v1.1, GLU, GLUT v3.7, GLE 3, WGL 4, and Togl (Tk OpenGL widget) 1.6. It also includes support for dozens of extensions (where supported in the underlying implementation).
PyOpenGL is interoperable with a large number of external GUI libraries for Python including (Tkinter, wxPython, FxPy, PyGame, and Qt).

Enhancements:
- This early alpha release includes the new "raw" API, which provides the C/ctypes API hierarchy for use by low-level coders. It also includes more formally defined support for OpenGL versions 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 2.0, only 1.2 and 1.3 support has had any noticeable testing.
