Free worry free vacations software for linux

Vacation is a mail auto-responder (for when you are on vacation and such), written in Perl.
Vacation is loosely based on the vacation program by Larry Wall and Tom Christiansen.
I decided to write a new vacation clone since I could not find a version that would work reliably under Red Hat Linux 6.0. I finally found the old Perl version by Larry Wall and Tom Christiansen -- it was the most full-featured, and it almost worked. So, I decided to rewrite it. You may find the original version as "vacation.orig" in this distribution.
Since then, several others have released similar implementations and updates to vacation. While there is no longer a gap to fill, this version still provides a few unique features, flexibility, and portability.
You may also find a simpler auto-responder script in this distribution called mail-responder.pl. This precursor to vacation may be more appropriate at the system level (e.g., called from the aliases file) as compared to vacation which is designed for individual users.

Math::Fraction is a Perl module to manipulate exact fractions.

Main features:
- Being able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, among other things just like you would normal numbers thats to the overload module.
- Being able to convert a decimal, including repeating ones, into a fraction. For example, 1.142857142857 would become 8/7.
- Being able to control how the fraction is displayed. For example 8/7 verses 1 1/7
- Being able to use arbitrary size numbers in the numerator and the denominator.
- Being able to covert between SMALL (using normal floats/integers) and BIG (using arbitrary size floats/integers) as needed so you do not have to worry about it. (New as of ver .4a)
- Being able to have multiple default sets so that a function can modify the defaults with out effecting other functions (New as of ver .4a)

Construct is a python module for defining arbitrary data structures. Once a data structure (aka, "construct") is defined, it can be used to both parse raw data into an object and build an object into raw data.
Unlike most parsers, it works at the bit-level, so you dont need to worry about parsing individual bits or unaligned fields.
Construct library supports Fields, Unions, Structs and Repeaters; Adapters and Validators; Switches, Pointers and other Meta -constructs.
Main features:
- Symmetrical -- constructs can be used to parse as well as to build
- Bit-level -- can parse and build individual bits, not only bytes
- Ready -- lots of predefined primitives and common protocols definitions, which you can easily use
- Extensible -- you can easily write user-defined constructs by simply by subclassing
- Fast -- benchmarks on my machine show ~160KB/sec can be parsed, fast enough for most situations, and perhaps pysco can improve that
- Declarative -- no procedural code needed for most situations
Enhancements:
- Construct2 is a rewrite of the library, making it faster and much slimmer.
- The library is now byte-oriented instead of bit-oriented, so it uses eight times less memory.
- It can parse files directly from the disk.
- Meta constructs now use lambda instead of eval.
- Textual processing (context free grammar) was added.
- On-demand parsing was added.
- Thorough unit tests were added.
