Postfilter is a perl filter for Internet Net News (innd) which checks all messages sent by local users searching for spam and invalid contents.
Although Postfilter is designed for large sites that need a complex tool, Postfilter could by used also by local or private servers.
Main features:
- A powerful banlist: rules can be based on every header and each article could be rejected, silently discarded, tracked throught syslog or saved for further inspection
- A content-based filter. A score could be assigned to every regex; when the body matches an expression, the assigned score is added to the total. If an article exceeds the maximum allowed score, its rejected by the script.
- A fine regulation of clients activity. Postfilter allows to set a max number of articles, bytes, groups, followups, crossposts, hierarchies and errors per time. A second shorter interval is also setable to avoid floods. All these rules can be applied to IP, domain (level n-1) or userid.
- Several built-in syntax checks that scans the headers searching for errors commonly made by spammers.
- A white list that allows to exclude from the check every article that matches a regular expression or every article that includes a predefined header.
Postfilter is released under the terms of BSD License.

Install

You can install WhiteBlack Plone skin in the same way as other Plone products:

- Download zip. or .gz archive.
- Install as Zope product: extract Plone skin from archive to directory of products and restart Zope server.
- Install in your Plone instance with QuickInstaller (Plone Control Panel -> Add/remove Products)
- Now your Plone site should have the corresponding skin look.

HCS Open Source Project consists of a do-it-yourself home automation hardware and software system.

The HCS Open Source Project is a stand-alone home automation control system which consists of hardware (main controllers and remote networked controllers) and software to monitor and control various devices around your house.

The current plans support using wired and wireless X10 modules, as well as analog, digital, and voice input and output. Once the HCS is programmed, the use of a PC is not required.

What is the HCS II? The HCS II is an expandable, network-based (RS485), intelligent-node, industrial-oriented supervisory control system intended for demanding home control applications.

The HCS incorporates direct and remote digital inputs and outputs, direct and remote analog inputs and outputs, real-time or Boolean decision event triggering, X-10 transmission and reception, infrared remote control transmission and reception, remote LCD displays, and a master console.

The HCS II system architecture consists of a central supervisory controller (SC) connected to up to 32 other functional modules (called links) via a RS485 serial network. The SC and the COMM-Links can operate independently and dont need each other to function.

This allows easy testing or incorporation as intelligent subsystems in other control equipment. Initially the subsystems links all shared a comon 8031 controller board (generically called a COMM-Link) with the I/O customized for each application.

sgwi is a web-interface to SQLGrey (SQLGrey is a greylister for Postfix).
This web-interface enables you to edit the white- and blacklists as well as the current state of the greylist.
