Grapple is a network layer, designed for games but usable anywhere. However, it also allows for more. It features simple client-server networking that keeps all clients aware of all other clients, passworded servers, and data transfer via TCP, UDP, or reliable UDP.
Advanced features include network messaging via push, pull, or a combination, multiple methods of querying users, user groups for client bandwidth saving, network load reacting data transmission and retransmission, background pinging to monitor network states, server failover, and a fully functional lobby system.
Enhancements:
- This release improves the UDP layer to work through NAT in most situations, fixes server failover issues, and increments the internal protocol number due to changes in the UDP protocol.

SMS Framework is an Objective C framework for decoding SMS messages in PDU format to objects.
It is easily usable in Cocoa and GNUstep environments, and it reduces developer responsibility for decoding messages to extracting the raw messages from the phone.
The XCode project file contains three targets: one system wide framework, one framework to include in applications, and a small application for testing the framework.

Shake tracker is a MIDI sequencer aimed to all the tracker lovers who allways wanted to go midi, while keeping all sort of cool tracker features.

Shake tracker has a tracker-like interface which supports patterns, orders and IT-like effects.

Each track (midi channel) is subdivided in columns of its on, so this adds an extra layer to pattern editing. Note on, Noteoff and velocity are also implemented the usual way, while the effect column understands most of IT commands with similar parameter ranges. Finally, theres also a controller/effects column and plans for adding "paintable controllers" support.

Shake tracker has been programmed with MIDI bandwith issues in mind, so its perfectly usable on external synths, softsynths and soundcard synths. There is actually a Windows version of this program, but its not native and it needs you to install an Xserver.

Many features of modern sequencers are still missing, such as sysex and midi in, but the program is perfectly usable and many people wrote songs with it (check downloads section).

Seq24 is a loop based midi sequencer. It was created to provide a very simple interface for editing and playing midi loops.

After searching for a software based sequencer that would provide the functionality needed for a live performance, such as the Akai MPC line, the Kawai Q80 sequencer, or the popular Alesis MMT-8, I found nothing similar in the software realm.
