Free translate plus software for linux

Translate is a toolkit to convert between various different translation formats (such as gettext-based .po formats, OpenOffice.org formats, and Mozilla formats).
This makes it possible to stay in one format across all your localisation. Tools to help process and validate localizations, etc.

Enhancements:
- Almost all storage classes have been migrated to the projects base class.
- The base class should make it easier to add new formats in the future.
- Major work was done to move escaping into the storage classes and to roundtrip escaping.
- Many many unit tests were added to check compliance.
- Many bugs were fixed.
- The DTD format is no longer escaped, and it follows the DTD spec correctly.
- .properties files are no longer used escaped Unicode, following the Mozilla convention.
- Duplicates are merged by default using the PO method of merging locations.

KTranslator project can translate words from one language to another. KTranslator should support any language (I hope that) and come with a plugin system, to ease the addition of new dictionaries.

The main idea behind KTranslator is to translate a word without disturb the application in use. So, when the user selects a word, KTranslator will try to translate the word and show the result in a popup window. It behaves like Babylon for Windows.

Tiny Translator is a very simple class for easily organizing dialogue outputs and creating language tables for multilingual projects.
Tiny Translator uses flat files and does not require a database engine.
Enhancements:
- This release supports MySQL databases for storing phrases.
- It still supports flat files (comma separated).
- The translate() method was split into various methods.
- Deprecated elements were deleted.

SigTranslator is a project able to translate IDS signatures e.g. from Snort rules to Dragon rules and vice versa. SigTranslator can translate as well the common signatures standard (CIDSS - Common Intrusion Detection Signatures Standard).
Signature Translator is simple to use Java application which will help you to use signatures in your favourite IDS translated from other IDS .

ChromaTabs Plus 2.2 offers you an excellent and very useful product which can make tabs more readily identifiable by tinting each tab a different color depending on the website loaded.

ChromaTabs Plus is the Firefox 3.0-3.5 compatible continuation of the original ChromaTabs 2.0 extension. By default, colors are matched to the sites favicon. Alternatively, tabs may be assigned a site-specific random color. ChromaTabs Plus is a continuation of 2.0 by Justin Dolske.

Nicotine-Plus is a fork of Nicotine, the Python/GTK+ 2 client for the Soulseek P2P Network. Nicotine-Pluss features include remote uploads, separate shares sent to Buddies, GUI improvements, and a tray icon.

GENERAL CHANGES

PRIVATE CHAT

SEARCH
- Search now has combo boxes, per-room searching and per-user searching.

USERINFO
- gallows added userinfo image zooming via the scrollwheel (ticket #160)
SETTINGS
- Changed Audio Player Syntax it now uses "$" as the filename
- Exit dialog can be disabled in Settings->UI
- When a config option is detected as unset, print it in the log window.
- Move Icon theme and trayicon settings to a seperate frame
- Move sound effect and audio player settings to a seperate frame
- Reopen Settings dialog, if a setting is not set.
NETWORKING
- On Win32, hyriands multithreaded socket selector is used. This will allow a larger number of sockets to be used, thus increasing stability.

BUGFIXES
- Uploads to other Nicotine+ users work better
- Userinfo Description does not scroll to the bottom of the window
