UnifiedIO is a Java library providing random access to any data stream (even over HTTP), and giving a clear differentiation between read only and read/write access. Unified I/O is an open source project and is licensed under BSD.

X-Unikey project lets you type Vietnamese in X Window environment. X-Unikey is Unikey ported to Linux and FreeBSD.
It has been tested with many popular programs, such as OpenOffice, emacs, vim, QT applications, GTK applications... X-Unikey has all the features of the Windows version, except that its GUI is still too simplified.
All options are set through configuration file or keyboard shortcuts.
Enhancements:
- This release was unified with Unikey.
- Some bugs were fixed, including an array out of range error in macro matching that caused the engine to crash.
- Some unused options were removed.

PHP Gift Registry is a a Web-enabled database that allows members to keep track of the gifts theyd like to receive and see what items other members would like to receive. Private reservations ensure gifts are not bought twice.
Main features:
- A single unifying view of items on your own list and people whose lists you can view.
- A now-optional request/permit system by which you can control who can see your list.
- A "checkin/checkout" system which allows you to reserve items on someones list.
- An in-system messaging system by which users can be informed of item deletions or custom announcements.
- New users can request accounts. Optionally, administrators will be informed about the request, and they can then approve or reject the request. Either way, the user will be informed by e-mail.
- A site-customizable ranking system for items.
- An events system for users to add significant (read: gift-bearing) events which will show up on others displays when the event nears.

StoreBackup is a backup utility that stores files on other disks.

It includes several optimizations that reduce the disk space needed and improve performance, and unifies the advantages of traditional full and incremental backups.

Depending on its contents, every file is stored only once on disk. It includes tools for analyzing backup data and restoring. Once archived, files are accessible by mounting filesystems (locally, or via Samba or NFS). It is easy to install and configure.

Unified Parallel C, in short UPC, is an extension of the C programming language designed for high performance computing on large-scale parallel machines.

The language provides a uniform programming model for both shared and distributed memory hardware.

The programmer is presented with a single shared, partitioned address space, where variables may be directly read and written by any processor, but each variable is physically associated with a single processor.

UPC uses a Single Program Multiple Data (SPMD) model of computation in which the amount of parallelism is fixed at program startup time, typically with a single thread of execution per processor.

GeBoP project is a general strategic boardgame player.
GeBoP allows you to play 9 strategic boardgames against the computer or against another player. You can even watch a number of computer players fight among themselves.
Some of the games can be played with a variable number of players, and other games can be played on various board sizes. GeBoP features a unified best move engine.
Because of this, additional strategic boardgames are easy to add to the application.
Enhancements:
- ersion 1.6 of GeBoP is a nice and complete version. However, I could still do some work on the algorithms for playing the computer uses, and some of the games use rather na?e evaluation functions at the moment. I plan to do this some time in the near or otherwise far future.
- Since you are reading this file, you are probably a Haskell programmer. If you feel like implementing your favorite game for GeBoP, please go ahead and mail it to me when youre done :)

Mudpit is an intelligent, modular, and reliable spool processor for Snorts unified format.
Enhancements:
- This release adds per-spool configuration variables for SID/Gen map, reference, and class files.
- It improves the logging system, which will log at appropriate priorities.
- It improves autoconf MySQL detection code, and has support for custom plugins supplied at configure time.

Olive is a totally sweet console mode RSS aggregator and newsreader written in Perl with Curses::UI as its toolkit.
The big difference between Olive and other newsreaders is that it takes a time-centric as opposed to site-centric view of newsfeeds.
Olive also tries to stay out of your way as much as possible by eating a minimum of screen real estate and streamlining operations to keep neccessary human interaction to a minimum.
Enhancements:
- A problem with starred story (un)selection was fixed.
- Standard --help and --version command-line arguments have been implemented.
- Licensing has been unified under the Perl license.
