This program is under the GPL, which gives you the right to the source code as long as you only use it in certain ways.

The RTF to HTML convertor converts RTF files (in Windows-1250 encoding) to HTML file (in ISO-8859-2 encoding).
Main features:
- Bullets
- Superscript and subscript look bad in html document.
- Subscript is transformed to number. Superscript is transformed to "[number]".
- Text: bold, italic and underline

- Alignments: left, center and right. "Justify" alignment

w3t.org URL Shrinker is a small url generator via right-click. When you want to share a long URL (like on many news articles), just right-click on the page you want to link to and choose "Shorten this URL"; and youll get a super-short URL to use that forwards to the longer one.

The site now includes the ability to use custom URL "tags" like "ff" as in http://w3t.org/?c=ff The next version of the extension should include this new site feature.

MT blogmail is a small Python script that allows you to send an email (including an attached image) and have it posted to your MovableType blog.
You need something like Procmail to filter your mail and send messages from a
specific address to the blogmail.py script.
blogmail.py can now also poll a POP3 server and process any messages on the server
posting them to your blog for you.
Download blogmail.tar.bz2, unzip and save it somewhere convenient as blogmail.py,
make sure it is executable. (you might need to right-click and save as)
./blogmail.py --help
for all the usage information. You can also edit the script to set defaults.
The body of a message should be in the following format:

All text between is posted as the body of the blog, the XBlog* fields
are parsed and sent via XML-RPC.
XBlogTitle is the only mandatory XBlog* field.
If the message is a multi-part mime message then the first text/plain section is considered to be the body of the post. the first image/* section will be taken
as an image to send to the server. Images are saved in:
images/ddMmmYY/HHMMSS_
and an image tag is added to the beginning of the post (style
tags with a float and you can have the body of the post beside and wrapping
around the bottom of the image).

Interval arithmetic for Ada is a math library that provides an implementation of intervals for Ada. It includes arithmetic and relational operations.

Spectromatic is a program for generating spectrograms from audio files. Spectrograms are a form of simple time-frequency analysis which lets you see how the distribution of energy at different frequencies in an audio stream change over time. For example, if you play a scale on a musical instrument, you will see a climbing and/or descending pattern of blobs as you move from left to right.

Spectromatic reads its input as mono or stereo 16-bit wave files, and writes the output image to an elongated PNG image (colour for stereo, grayscale for mono audio).

Its very easy. First make sure you have the GNU scientific library (GSL) version 1.0 installed (http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/), and the PNG library version 2 or later (version 3 is untested, but should work - version 1.x may also work) plus the development versions of these libraries (i.e. the header files etc. - Debian calls these packages libgsl0-dev and
libpng2-dev). If you wish to change the default installation directory, edit the Makefile. Then type "make" followed by "make install". Easy!

To using it may be a bit harder. Refer to the man page for detailed instructions, but basically:

1. get a 16-bit mono or stereo wave file
2. spectromatic file.wav
3. this generates file.png which is the spectrogram. There are lots of options to change the way it generates the image (I recommend spectromatic --inverse --logarithmic --combine LXR file.wav).

Text::NSP::Measures::2D::Fisher2::right is a Perl module implementation of the right sided Fishers exact test.
