Ethane is the easy way to thrive ad hoc network. With ease of use and minimal system changes in mind, it provides four small software packages that can be installed to provide ad hoc network auto configuration for Linux and Windows XP.

OpenDDS is an open-source C++ implementation of the Object Management Groups Data Distribution Service for Real-time Systems specification (version 1.0). This project implements most of the minimum profile of the Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe (DCPS) layer of the DDS specification.
DDS provides demanding applications with a high-level, object-oriented publish-subscribe model while enabling efficient, direct data transfer between publishers and subscribers. More information about the OMGs DDS specification can be found at the OMG Data Distribution portal.
OpenDDS is built on the ACE (ADAPTIVE Communication Environment) abstraction layer to provide platform portability. OpenDDS also leverages capabilities of TAO (The ACE ORB), such as its IDL compiler and as the basis of the OpenDDS DCPS Information Repository (DCPSInfoRepo). In addition, OpenDDS leverages MPC to ease the maintenance burden of supporting multiple build environments and platforms. Enhancements:
- Support for built-in CORBA:: sequences was added.
- DDS entities have changed to local IDL types and now support zero-copy reads.
- User-defined DDS types are now correctly scoped.

Dictconv is a program to convert a dictionary from one format to another. Dictconv supports conversion from Babylon glossaries (.bgl) to stardict.
KTranslator should support any language (I hope that) and come with a plugin system, to ease the addition of new dictionaries.
Dictconv is a small program to convert a dictionay file type in another dictionary file type.
Installation:
$ ./configure --help
$ ./configure [options]
$ make all install
Usage:
$ dictconv original_file.ext target_file.ext
The program detects the type of dictionary by its extension:
.bgl for Babylon glossaries
.ifo for StarDict dictionaries
.dct for Sdictionary dictionaries.
.tei for Freedict dictionaries (XML format)
Currently, it only supports converting from Babylon glossaries, Sdictionary dictionaries and Freedict dictionaries to StarDict dictionaries. More file types will be added in new versions.
When converting to StarDict, the .dict file is not compressed. This feature will be added in future. If you want to compress this file, use dictzip program:
$ dictzip target_file.dict
The program is in early development stage. So, you will find bugs. If you find a bug, please report it.
Enhancements:
- Several bugs were fixed, mainly in the Babylon glossary reader.
- CMake is now supported in addition to GNU tools.
- Support for converting to plain text dictionaries and to DICT dictionaries was added.

TuxUsers application is a user management KControl module and stand alone utility.
It allows very wasy user accounts management:
- User creation, deletion and modification.
- Change KDM start icon.
- Predefined groups for new users to ease new user permissions.
- Thinkfinger fingerprint reader suported to add easily fingerprint auth. for your system.

Spring IDE for Eclipse project provides Eclipse plugins to ease working with Bean Factory configuration files for the Spring Framework.
It contains a Spring project nature (with an incremental builder for validating Spring bean config files), an image decorator (which decorates Spring projects and all Spring bean config files), a Spring view (which allows one to browse Spring projects and their Spring bean config files, including bean properties), and an editor showing a graph from the beans of a single config file or a set of config files.
Main features:
- Project nature which support a list of Spring bean config files and sets of bean config files (aka beans config sets)
- Incremental builder which validates all modified Spring bean config files defined in a Spring project
- View which displays a tree with all Spring projects and their Spring bean config files
- Image decorator which decorates all Spring projects, their bean config files and all Java classes which are used as bean classes
- Editor (read-only) which displays a graph from all beans defined in a single config file or a config set
- The following features are currently under development:
- Graphical editor for Spring Webflow configuration files
- XML editor for Spring beans configuration files
System requirements:

Installation:
- Open Eclipse. Go to Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install.
- Select "Search for new features to install". Click "Next".
- Click "New Remote Site". Enter "Spring IDE updatesite" for the Name and "http://springide.org/updatesite/" for the URL (Screenshot). Click "OK".
- You should now see a a new entry name "Spring IDE updatesite" with a mark next to it (Screenshot). Click on that and check "Spring IDE".
- Click on the mark next to "Eclipse.org updatesite" and check the version of GEF which is sufficient for your version of Eclipse. Click "Next".
- Select the features "Graphical Editing Framework" and the lastest version of "Spring IDE" from the list. Click "Next".
- Check "I accept..." and click "Next". Select or add the appropriate site to install the features. Click "Finish".
- Click Install on the warning dialogs during feature verification (both features are not digitally signed).
- After successfully downloading and installing the features click "Yes" on the "Would you like to restart now?" dialog.
