TECOAS project is an application to interactively browse and discuss a document.

It is intended to assist with the co-authoring of papers with remote partners, but is also adapted to small seminars and online discussions.

Its main functions are shared browsing of a document, the sharing of annotations, and a chat system with support for mathematical formulae (using LaTeX).

It works on any system with JRE1.4 and Ghostscript.

nVentory software is a hardware and configuration inventory manager, that will eventually output XML files, which can be used to define configurations in other tools and processes (such as software builds, cfengine configuration, Nagios configuration etc).
An application designed to assist the datacenter manager answer the following questions:
- What servers do I have in my datacenter?
- What is the function of server y?
- Where is server x in the datacenter?
- Which customer(s) is assigned to server y?
- How much does server of type z cost?
- How much memory does server type z have?
- Which PDU does server x use, and which port(s)?
- Which switch and switch port does server z connect to?
- How many servers are in rack x?
- How many servers are in state "need repair"?
- How many servers are in state "ready to use"?

Main features:
- Web based management interface, with AJAX elements, written in Ruby on Rails

Moss is a collection of Java classes which includes additional custom Swing components (Tri state check boxes, complete password entry dialogs.
Its also a JFrame/JDialog framework to assist in creating large GUIs), file and image modification classes (EXIF/IPTC reading and editing, image roatation, file copying), miscellaneous data structures (such as a HeapSet implemenation), and much more.

cryptmount project is a utility for GNU/Linux operating systems which allows an ordinary user to mount an encrypted filesystem.
cryptmount was written to address differences between the capabilities of the loopback device and the newer, preferred, device-mapper mechanisms of the 2.6 kernel series, which make it more difficult for a non-root user to configure the devices necessary for access to an encrypted filesystem.
After the initial configuration of the encrypted filesystem, an ordinary user can mount and unmount the filesystem on demand, solely by providing the decryption password.
Enhancements:
- A new interactive tool to assist with initial setup of encrypted filesystems, support for reading/writing OpenSSL key files via libgcrypt, facilities for translating between key files stored in different formats, and support for improved dismantling of loopback filesystems during system shutdown.
