TimeTrack 1.1.4

TimeTrack 1.1.4

TimeTrack is a program to track time in a modular, project- oriented way. more>>
TimeTrack is a program to track time in a modular, project-oriented way. A single timer has the ability to help you track your time over a whole project through maintaining a list of tripels that consist of starttime,endtime and a description field.
You can arrange your timers over several tabs, just as you like. Saving and loading happens through XML Files. Timetracker also has the ability to import single timers from other files to merge your timerdata with other timerdata.
Main features:
New Timer:
- This button spawns a new Timer on the current tab. Just click it and you can start tracking.
New Tab:
- This buttons spawns a new Tab. Youll be asked for the name of the new tab before it is created.
Rename Tab:
- This button renames the current Tab.
Close all:
- This button closes all tabs and running timers WITHOUT saving.
One of the new functions of 1.1 is the ability to save a running timer which will pe persistent even through reboots and shutdowns through the usage of timestamps. This is a useful feature especially for notebook users with limited energy resources.
Starting with V1.1.1, TimeTrack is featuring a generic report generator, which aids you in your documentation needs by - well - simply building reports out of your tracked time data.

high-resolution-timer is a library with Java and C++ wrappers to implement high resolution timers. more>>
high-resolution-timer is a library with Java and C++ wrappers to implement high . These timers can be used, for example, to count the ticks when doing performance analysis.
high-resolution-timer exploits the system dependent timers/clocks and provides a timer-like interface to the same. The attached file has build scripts for Linux and Solaris. There is also a Java wrapper over the library, which uses JNI to use the timer interfaces.
Enhancements:
- The library is a basic approach to design a base for the performance library.
- It has not yet taken into consideration the details of library preloads, etc.
- At load time, the library initializes itself with the timer with the least avg resolution.
- At unload time, the library cleans up by freeing any allocated memory.
- The library provides a getErrorMessage function to let the user know the detailed report of the error.

PHP Profiler Class

PHP Profiler Class

PHP Profiler Class is a PHP code profiler to aid in performance optimisation. more>>
This profiler is intended to be used to identify areas of code that could be optimised in order to improve overall performance of an application. Typically I identify the areas of concern in an application and place profile timers around those sections and focus down to add timers around the areas that are taking the most time and look for ways to optimise those particular areas.
The items with the highest percentage time spent are usually the ones that can give the biggest improvements.
PHP Class to perform code profiling in order to aid locating areas of code that consume most processing time.
Provides information on number of calls to a code section, percentage and total of time spent on a section. Timing of nested code sections is possible.
Main features:
- Count the number of times a section of code is executed
- Calculate the total ammount of time spent executing a section of code
- Permit multiple timers to be set
- Allow nested timers to such that the parent timers are suspended whilst a child section of code is running.
- Output a report at the end of execution to show the percentage of time spent on an operation,
- the number of times the section was run, the overall time spent on the section.
Usage:
# include_once( profiler.inc);
$prof = new Profiler( profile_flag, trace_flag );
# Profile_flag = true enables output of the statistical information
# trace_flag = true enables output of the trace information
$prof->startTimer( "timer_name", "Description" );
# timer_name is a simple string to name the timer
# description is an optional string to describe the purpose of the timer in more detail
$prof->stopTimer( "timer_name" );
$prof->printTimers( flag );
Output the final report of the processing operation being run. Normally this would be called as one of the last statements on a page.
If flag=true is set then the output will be forced even if the profile_flag was set false when the profiler was initialised

Xfce 4 Timer Plugin is a simple plugin that lets the user run an alarm at a specified time. more>>
Xfce 4 Timer Plugin is a simple plugin that lets the user run an alarm at a specified time or at the end of a specified countdown period.

Usage:

The plugin is quite simple – it displays a progressbar showing the percentage of the time elapsed. Left-clicking on the plugin area opens a menu of available alarms. After selecting one, the user can start or stop the timer by selecting “start/stop timer” entry in the same menu.

New alarms are added through the preferences window. Each alarm is either a countdown or is run at a specified time. By default a simple dialog pops up at the end of the countdown. The user can choose an external command to be run as the alarm and may also choose to have this repeated a specified number of times with a given interval between repetitions.

IRCM 1.42

IRCM 1.42

IRCM is a webbased Incident Registration and Configuration Management tool. more>>
IRCM is a webbased Incident Registration and Configuration Management tool that supports helpdesk operations in an ICT-environment.
With IRCM, helpdesk agents can register and dispatch service calls. These calls can be related to agents, customers, SLA-defined activities, devices, incoming or outgoing mail and timers. Service levels are guarded depending on call type, call status and service window.
The customers infrastructure is managed in the configuration management module, providing full 2D-tracing through related devices.
IRCM is protected by GNU/GPL and is available for download on this site.
IRCM supports multiple customers, helpdesks, Service Level Agreements, mailboxes etc in one database. If multiple databases are used (e.g. to separate customer data) the user can switch dynamically between databases within the browser window.
For configuration management, a black-box approach is used. This maximizes flexibility in modelling the customer infrastructure. The only predefined (system) entity is the user, all other entities and their properties are defined per customer. Hierarchical relations between configuration items can be displayed in a 2D overview.
A valuable aspect of IRCM is that you dont have to use the features summed up here. If you want to use the Configuration Management module as an address book and want Incident Registration to be a todo list, you wont be punished with overhead.
Main features:
- Multiple customers
- Multiple Service Level definitions (incident types, resolv time, SLA defined activities)
- Multiple users and customizable incident queues.
- IMAP based mail (Exchange)
- Multilevel authentication, authorisation and logging
- Report designer module
- 2D-trace based patching
- Bulk data import and export
- Client Link Module (real time events, timers and messaging)
- Callcenter linkable

EmeraldMoo 0.0.3a

EmeraldMoo 0.0.3a

EmeraldMoo is a series of patches to make LambdaMoo better. more>>
EmeraldMoo project is a series of patches to make LambdaMoo better.
EmeraldMoo is a series of patches to LambdaMoo.
It has three main purposes: To make LambdaMoo more modern and featureful, to make it a better RPG environment, and to make it a better virtual reality environment.
A moo is a text object oriented virtual reality environment which was originally created for teaching people over the net. Later, the people of LambdaMoo took the source code and improved it, making it into an almost full VR environment.
This moo would be based on the LambdaMoo source code, and would try to improve it to a full fun virtual reality environment, and not necessarily a text one. And of course it would be a more playable version for those of us who like RPG like games.
Enhancements:
- Changes in many include files adding autoconf2 support
- code_gen.c bjj patch (Removed a spurious EXPR_INDEX case left over fro m before x[$])
- eval_vm.c bjj patch(Finally made free_activation() take a pointer)
- execute.c bjj patch(Finally made free_activation() take a pointer)
- utils.c bjj patch(Finally made free_activation() take a pointer)
- execute.h bjj patch(Finally made free_activation() take a pointer)
- timers.c bjj patch(ree cancelled timers with free_timer() instead of f ree)
