ET Live project is a live viewer server for "RTCW: Enemy Territory".
Main features:
- Shows whos playing on your server, team, xp, and ping
- Shows current map.
- Makes a crude attempt to determine whos winning.
- Links player name to a systats db. (Optional)

Etoile Live CD is a Linux distribution based on the popular Ubuntu Linux.

This is the 0.2 pre-release that we worked on at the Fosdem 2007. Theres still quite a lot of problems on it (check the bugtracker), so we expect the final 0.2 release in about a month. In the meantime, feel free to download the iso and play with it -- and reports any bugs that are not already in the bugtracker !"

How does it work?
- A server gets booted by a Cluster Live CD.
- The clients BIOS is configured to boot through the LAN by default.
- When the server has finished the bootup sequence, the client can be booted through the LAN.
What was it tested with?
- IBM Thinkpad T30 (CPU: Pentium 4 - 1GHz; RAM: 512MB)
- Virtual Machines (Software to allow running of multiple O.S. simultaneously)
- IDE CDRW (To rewrite the ISO image on to the CD for testing)
- A hub with several LAN cables connecting the infrastructure.
- Source built with Red Hat Fedora Core 3 Linux

Linuxo Live! is a new and modern Linux distribution.
Enhancements:
- added better support for SATA disks, now no problems with hdd installation on SATA
- added Koffice 1.3.5 with full serbian translation
- fixed KDE keyboard change (on taskbar), SR, SP and US keyboard selection activated
- removed NVIDIA 3D driver as default driver for graphic cards, boot problem, still in testing

IOSN Live CD is an bootable CD that boots into a usable and fully featured Linux Desktop. In addition to standard FOSS productivity and multimedia applications, it is bundled with a User Guide to Using the Linux Desktop in print and multimedia formats as well as several IOSN Free/Open Source Software Primers.

SimplyMEPIS is a ready to go desktop operating system for PCs and Apple computers that have Intel or AMD 32 or 64 bit processors. SimplyMEPIS project is easier than Windows Vista and intuitive for Windows XP and Windows 98 users. MEPIS includes all of the applications that most users need and want. SimplyMEPIS is designed to replace or work side by side with Vista or XP on PCs. MEPIS offers Apple users an opportunity to have it all: OSX, MEPIS 32 and/or 64, and if necessary Windows running in a virtual machine sandbox.

Warren Woodford of MEPIS has built KDE 4 Beta 1 live DVDs to verify the compatibility of KDE 4 with SimplyMEPIS 7.x. Both 32-bit and 64-bit editions are available. They are about 1 GB each and include all of the KDE 4 applications that are working at this time. KDE 4 Beta 1 is a very early release and is meant for developers, testers, and reviewers. The live DVDs were built using a MEPIS 7.0 Etch core and include the usual MEPIS kernel and hardware compatibility features. Since KDE 4 is functionally different than KDE 3 and also in an early beta state, a minimal KDE 3 installation remains on the disk to facilitate exploration by the user.

GNUstep Live CD is a Morphix-based GNUstep Live CD has been released for i386.

It includes many GNUstep applications, such as MPlayer (GNUstep port), GWorkspace, Preview, GNUmail, ProjectCenter and many more. It can be installed to a hard drive.

GNUstep (this is a Live CD, an OS, a distribution) contains a lot of software for GNUstep, a free implementation of the OPENSTEP framework (which was also the base as Cocoa in Mac OS X). It includes an excellent application called Gorm for RAD (Apple Software Design Guidelines). The currently used window manager is Window Maker.
