Free superkaramba theme software for linux

spell-karamba is a desktop applet for SuperKaramba that spells the typed words - letter by letter.

You can choose from deutsch, english, american, international and NATO spelling.

Installation:

Actually the installation is pretty easy:

Copy all files from the tarball into a new folder. A good choice would be $HOME/kde3/share/apps/superkaramba/themes/dwd. Thats all. You start the theme from a shell by "superkaramba spell.theme". If you have a superkaramba theme running already its even simpler. Right-click the open theme and select superkaramba - manage themes.

From there you can search for the .theme-file. Do not open any other file with the superkaramba application.

SlimRamba is a SuperKaramba theme for system monitoring. Package contains some icons.

You can edit theme file, music info is for xmms (no problem for change it for amarok - just edit source), icons use as you wants.used iconset: Crystal Clear.

emdiramba is a SuperKaramba theme for system monitoring.

I have bigger resolution and taskbar on left side. so i need some smaller bar of information abou my PC.

A lot of theme use images which take a lot of place, so i create a clear one without images (only photo of my girlfriend) .. So who want, download it and u can edit font and another of course have fun.

Aero style Amarok Karamba is a very nice SuperKaramba theme.

Kiramba is a simple theme for SuperKaramba. It monitors the CPU, Memory, Download and Upload. I made the theme with a SuSE look.

SkTvPrograms is a superkaramba theme that read a XMLTV file and display what is on Tv now.

It uses XMLTV files (http://membled.com/work/apps/xmltv/) and PyXML.

Tested with XMLTV 0.5.42 and tv_grab_fr (France), tv_grab_it (Italy), tv_grab_no (Norway)

todo theme is a SuperKaramba theme for todo management.

I was trying to find a karamba theme to allow me to put some reminders on my desktop in a nice simple way. I couldnt find one so I created this. Basically theres three text files Urgent Soon and Nice that it reads and displays in different colors depending on which file its in.

Theres also a bit of a sys monitor at the top, pretty basic, but theres a bit of output from the top command that I quite like that I havent seen on any of the others (the three short lines are the top three processes for CPU usage, the number is the % of CPU time they are using).

Double clicking on the text under the TO DO heading will open it up to edit it in kwrite (if you want to use a different editor, just edit the .theme file).

The one dodgy thing about it is you will need a .to_do directory in your home directory for it to work along with some text files, these are included in the tar ball (remember though its a . file so you will have to use ls -a to see it) if you just copy the whole .to_do directory into your home directory once its extracted (or alternativly extract it in your home directory and copy the .theme file to where you want it).
