Download Statusbar is a Firefox extension that allows you to manage downloads from the statusbar.
View and manage downloads from a tidy statusbar - without the download window getting in the way of your web browsing.
Main features:
- Auto-hides when not in use

- Pause all, Resume all, Cancel all, and Remove all finished - available from the context menu of the bar itself
- Run a completed file with a double click on its finished box. Open containing folder, remove, and rename from the context menu

Cache Status displays cache status and allows easy management from status bar.

This utility extension monitors your cache statistics for both memory and disk devices, pulling the numbers straight from the same place that about:cache does.

You can also clear your cache by right-clicking on the statusbar panel and selecting the right option.

NOTE: This extension does not have any influence on or from Firefoxs own memory consumption in your OS. The reported statistics are entirely independent.

NOTE2: A fresh profile usually doesnt have the RAM "maximum" capacity (stored in the browser.cache.memory.capacity preference), so you may see it blank. If so and if you set it to something, it will forever create that maximum, barring some prefs.js hacking of your own. Firefox does some sort of dynamic calculation if this isnt set, so use that with caution. In a future version, I may add a delete button to the settings to restore it to "factory settings." You can also put in "-1" to give Firefox back the "reins."

This is a GTK version of slapt-get. Gslapt project requires slapt-get.

Ive added a new statusbar based interface for quick posts. There are still some unfinished bits there but it does function.

The big news is that it now supports blogspot!

While this plugin has a sidebar inteface, once youve setup your services, you can use the statusbar interface all by itself.

Look on the status bar for the Explore button. That will open the sidebar. From the sidebar you can add services.

At startup, it should prompt you for preferences and have you pick a file for the service list. The default is inside the extensions directory in your mozilla folder.

Afterwards, you need to have access to an Atom Protocol server. That may be the hardest one as the protocol is still a draft RFC

PyMM is an MP3 Manager written in Python. With it you can easily create playlists, edit ID3 tags and search your collection.
I used to use the windows program MP3 Manager to manage my MP3s. I have since migrated my MP3 collection to Unix, and I therefore needed something similar on that platform. The project also gave me an opportunity to get aquainted with wxPython, which I must say is a quite suberb windowing toolkit.
You can use the program to manage your collection, create playlists, control the XMMS player, edit ID3 tags and so forth.
You can install the program in two ways:
1. run "python setup.py install". This requires write access to the python installation tree. It will install a startup script in the python bin directory. Then just type "pymm" to start the program.
This requires Python 2.0/1.6 or that you have Distutils installed.
2. Just put this directory somewhere and start the program with "python pymm.py". I made a link to the pymm.py script in a bin directory (i.e something like "ln -s /pymm.py /usr/local/bin/pymm").
Enhancements:

FlexPlaylist project can create a playlist for Noatun that suits users used to WinAmp XMMS style playlists.
Many people just dont use Noatun because they dont like the playlists and thus I decided to make my own one.
Main features:
- Choose own Font and Size instead of KDE-defaults

- The GUI uses standard icons for player controls in the status bar, and draws player controls in the status bar using drawing functions provided by the current KDE/Qt style.
- There are also some minor packaging changes (header checks and Debian packaging support).

external IP shows your current external IP in the browsers statusbar.
