Open Project Services (OPS) is a project collaboration platform, integrating server components such as e-mail, calendaring, timesheets, documents, knowledge, etc. with standards complient clients. Open Project Services consists of a project server and a set of client extensions.
We are building a project collaboration platform. It consists of a project server that integrates with services needed within a project, e.g. e-mail, calendaring, timesheets, documents, knowledge, etc.
The project server is a Webservices hub based on Java (J2EE). The persistence layer for project information is LDAP. We use OpenLDAP now, but others should also be possible. The e-mail backend makes use of a standard IMAP server. Our reference implementation uses Courier.
We are building extensions/plugins for clients, making them OPS-enabled. We support e.g. Mozilla Thunderbird (XUL) and Squirrelmail (PHP) for e-mail clients. For the calendaring and timesheet components we have a Mozilla Sunbird extension (XUL).
In short: we are building a project collaboration environment on an OSS stack, enriching services with project information, using COTS clients/servers and open standards.
Enhancements:
- This release includes some changes to the underlying LDAP schema to make it possible to disable tasks when they are completed.
- To make use of this new feature, the Web services and the sunbird timesheet client have to be updated.

PTlink IRC Services provides channel/nick registration services for IRC networks.
Specially developed for the PTlink IRC Server, it uses modules and includes features like channel roles and nick groups for privilege management.
The data backend is a MySQL database.
Enhancements:
- This version fixes a synchronization problem with user kicks, replaces some fatal errors with warnings, and updates the utility scripts to reflect the latest configuration changes.

1060 NetKernel is a resource oriented microkernel and application server that provides a coherent execution abstraction that radically reduces software complexity. Its self-consistent design is based on the convergence and unification of powerful fundamental concepts found in the World Wide Web and Unix.
Resource Oriented Microkernel
The heart of NetKernel is a high-performance, carefully designed, and tightly crafted microkernel. Services and resources within NetKernel are located by URI addresses, just as resources are located on the World Wide Web. NetKernel implements and extends REST 1 into a general-purpose processing abstraction and allows it to be applied to the finest granularity of software systems to achieve phenominal performance; just as the REST Web-architecture achieves global scaling and high performance.
Coherent Abstraction
NetKernel unifies code execution and resource identification into a single addressing and processing abstraction. A statement is any line beginning with a word which does not have a : in it. (A colon implies that the line is a rule.) For example, these are statements:

Makepp has a number of builtin statements which you may occasionally need to use.

Note that wherever you see an underscore, you may also use a dash, because makepp converts dashes to underscores in statement names.

Conditionals

Conditionals are special statements, which control what lines of the Makeppfile are actually seen. The simplest form (where ifxxx stands for any of the conditional statements documented below) is:

As is suggested by the indentation, and has higher precedence than or. In other words an or elects between two groups of and`s. There may be any number of and ifxxx`s, or ifxxx`s and else ifxxx`s.
