squidGuard is a combined filter, redirector and access controller plugin for Squid.
squidGuard can be used for next activities:
limit the web access for some users to a list of accepted/well known web servers and/or URLs only.
block access to some listed or blacklisted web servers and/or URLs for some users. **)
block access to URLs matching a list of regular expressions or words for some users. **)
enforce the use of domainnames/prohibit the use of IP address in URLs. **)
redirect blocked URLs to an "intelligent" CGI based info page. **)
redirect unregistered user to a registration form.
redirect popular downloads like Netscape, MSIE etc. to local copies.
redirect banners to an empty GIF. **)
have different access rules based on time of day, day of the week, date etc.

Enhancements:
- The source block takes a new argument: continue. With this command an ipaddress or user can be configured in serval Sourceblocks. If a client is found but not blocked, squidGuard will continue to search in the next source block, if the continue command is defined. Thanks to Valentin Chopov for the patch

gjrand is a programmers library for pseudo-random numbers. gjrand library includes random number generator testing code and is intended for simulation, games, and "Monte-Carlo" algorithms.
It produces pseudo-random numbers of the types: uniform integers, uniform reals, normally distributed reals, binomial, Poisson, integer permutation, chi-squared distribution, and spherical distribution.
The library provides API calls for the following:
- seed the generator
- save and restore state
- generate integer uniform random numbers
- generate integer special: coins, biased coins, dice, shuffle, poisson
- generate floating point uniform numbers
- generate floating point special:
normal distribution
chi-square distribution
in a n-dimensional sphere
on the surface of a n-dimensional sphere
- compatibility functions for rand() family and rand48() family.
- Except for most of the compatibility functions, gjrand should be thread-safe. It is written in C, but appears to also be legal C++.
- There are also test programs that test all of the above and could also be used or adapted to test other alleged random sources. Some alternative (mostly bad) pseudo random generators are also provided so you can amuse yourself by watching tests fail.
Enhancements:
- There is now a function for "Student" T distribution.
- The algorithm for normal distribution and several related ones has changed yet again.
- There is one new test program for the T distribution, an additional test program for uniform bits, and minor tweaks to several other tests.

Shooting Star project is a 2D shooting game.

Shooting Star is a 2D action game which uses SDL and OpenGL.

The goal is to clear all levels of bad guys and make the World a better place.

CegoAdm project is a front end for administration of the Cego database system. All required administrative operations can be triggered from the admin client.
The implementation of CegoAdmin uses an XML-protocol for communication with the Cego backend.
Enhancements:
- This release reworks several dialog widgets and the buffer pool information widget.
- It features correlation with mediator services for cego 1.2.0.

DerMixD is a TCP-controlled music playing daemon for GNU/Linux and hopefully (at least in the future) other UNIX/POSIX systems. DerMixDs inspiration is mixplayd, which does quite the same, but partly less and partly more.
And a bit different for sure. MP3 input via patched mpg123-0.59r (mpg123-thor) and OSS output is the envisioned and thus implemented mode of operation. With the now given infrastructure it wont be that much work to support other ways when the need arises.
Enhancements:
- This release is a milestone, packing together many fixes with important new features.
- The threading logic was revised and stabilized during testing on multi-processor machines, and with reliable use in a radio station in mind.
- This release has new commands, extension of old commands, and another main input source: the wealth of support for audio formats from libsndfile.

Irmo project is a generalized client-server multiplayer engine provided in the form of a library. It can be used as a base for development of multiplayer games.

Games can be based on Irmo to add client-server multiplayer functionality simply and easily.

It is designed with fast-paced action games (eg. Quake) in mind, but there is no reason why it cannot be used for other styles of game. There is an example game called Irmoroids to demonstrate the library. You can download both from the Download page on Sourceforge.

Irmo is written in C and uses GLib 2 and GNU Flex. There is a language binding for Ruby and I am considering writing bindings for other high-level languages such as Guile Scheme.

BundleMan try to manage releasing of application build on versioned products under subversion.
An application is a products suite defined using subversion svn:externals property. An application is a bundle of products.
A product is just a versioned piece of software.
Releasing an application is about taking care of tagging the source repository, managing version of each products, managing CHANGELOG, creating a source package archive, giving ways to maitain a release without blocking the trunk development.
Main features:
- BundleMan is free software distributed under the GNU GPL.
- It uses a recommended trunk/branches/tags repository layouts for products and bundles.
- It uses standard versioning MAJOR.MINOR.BUGFIX-RELEASE for products.
- Versioning of products is done automaticly by analysing a CHANGES file.

- It Generates an application CHANGELOG.
- There is no locking of the trunk or versions conflict when patching a released application.

Look at the temporary folder /tmp/bm-{WhAtEvEr}/ you will find a svn folder which contains the svn sandbox repository and a co folder with working copies of an application. For example co/app is a trunk bundle with 2 empty products foo and bar. You can test some bm-bundle commands from here, try bm-bundle -v then try to release this apps following the use case below.

Winpdb project is an advanced python debugger, with support for smart breakpoints, multiple threads, namespace modification, embedded debugging, encrypted communication and speed of up to 20 times that of pdb.
Well, actually rpdb2 is the advanced debugger and Winpdb is its GUI, and I am their author, and this is their home page. So, whenever I refer in this website to Winpdb, whatever I write about it applies to rpdb2 too, except for GUI stuff of course. They even use the same command line flags.
