Software::Packager is a common software packaging interface.

The Software Packager module is designed to provide a common interface for packaging software on any platform. This module does not do the packaging of the software but is merely a wraper around the various software packaging tools already provided with various operating systems.

This module provides the base API and sets default values common to the various software packaging methods.

timeclock software is an application for employees to use as a timeclock. An employee time and attendance system keeps track of when your employees sign in and out of work.

This information can then be compiled to produce the total hours worked and the amount that the employees should be paid.

Timeclock-software.nets free software product will be a simple solution to allow your employees to record their time in one central location for easy access.

Contractor Software allows contractors to manage their projects and interact with customers online. A contractor can post each task of a project. Each task has a start date and estimated completion date.

The client can then always know where the project is and leave comments for the contractor on each task. The contractor can also reply to the client with a follow up comment. This enhances communication and also leaves a record for reference later.

Software::Packager::Svr4 is the Software::Packager extension for System VR4 packages.

This module is used to create software packages in a format suitable for installation with pkgadd.

FUNCTIONS

new()

This method creates and returns a new Software::Packager::SVR4 object.

add_item()

$packager->add_item(%object_data);

Adds a new object (file, link, etc) to the package.

package()

$packager->package();

Create the package.

info

This method returns a hash that is filled with the necessary information for a pkginfo file that conforms to the SYSV format.

package_name()

Define the package name.

program_name()

This is used to specify the full package name.

The program name must be less that 256 charaters.

architecture()

The architecture must be a comma seperated list of alphanumeric tokens that indicate the architecture associated with the package.

The maximum length of a token is 16 charaters.

A token should be in the format "instruction set"."platform group" where:

instruction set is in the format of `uname -p`

platform group is in the format of `uname -m`

If the architecture is not set then the current instruction set is used.

version()

This method is used to check the format of the version and return it in the format required for SVR4.

The version must be 256 charaters or less.

The first charater cannot be a left parenthesis.

The recommended format is an arbitrary string of numbers in Dewey-decimal format. For more datails see the pkginfo(4) man page.

install_dir()

This method sets the base directory for the software to be installed. The installation directory must start with a "/".

compatible_version()

space()

OpenPCD is a free and open RFID reader reference design platform. The OpenPCD firmware is software that runs in OpenPCDs AT91SAM7 ARM controller, and connects the RFID reader hardware (CL RC632 ASIC) with the Host PC via USB. The Firmware includes a custom USB device stack and drivers for the various embedded AT91SAM7 components. The firmware itself does not run on Linux, but it only works with a Linux host PC talking to it.
OpenPCD is a free hardware design for Proximity Coupling Devices (PCD) based on 13,56MHz communication. This device is able to screen informations from Proximity Integrated Circuit Cards (PICC) conforming to vendor-independent standards such as ISO 14443, ISO 15693 as well as proprietary protocols such as Mifare Classic. Contactless cards like these are for example used in the new electronic passports.
The intention of the OpenPCD project is to offer the users full hardware control of the RFID signal and to provide different output signals for screening the communication. With already existing Free Software from the OpenMRTD project for implementing the PCD side protocol stack of various RFID protocols, this project will happily extend the free toolchain around RFID verification.

radare is a toolchain that aims to create a complete set of utilities for handling binary files from the command line. The project is mainly an hexadecimal editor for the command line but with advanced features.
There are extensions for debugging processes on x86-32 and ARM, libusb and fd sniffers, binary diffing utilities, base format conversions, generating graphs of a program, A cross-platform disassembler as an objdump frontend, and more.
Enhancements:
- A new search engine. I/O plugin layers (debugging, Haret, and POSIX). Debugging on NetBSD.
- Arguments to the debugged process (radare "dbg:///bin/ls /usr").
- Base address (B command). xc now can convert from stdin binary data to hex pairs.

- Fixes in the visual mode.
- The debugger can backtrace on Linux/x86 (needs more work).

mod_arm provides a simple, seamless, and application independent interface to ARM (Application Response Measurement).

mod_arm allows system administrators to get an accurate idea of how long an application takes on a running server - for a single instance or as a step in a multi-tier transaction. This is definitely a work in progress.

Configuration Directives

Arm

Syntax: Arm state
When state is on, ARM measurements will be taken for this directory
When state is application, ARM measurements will be controlled by the application scripting language such as PHP (not yet implemented)
When state is off, no measurements are taken for this directory

ArmApplication

Syntax: ArmApplication application_name
Specifies the application name to use for this directory. If non is specified, the default value of "Apache" is used.

ArmUser

Syntax: ArmUser user_name
Specifies the user name for the transaction. If none is specified, the default value of "*" is used

ArmTransaction

Syntax: ArmTransaction transaction_name
Specifies the name of the transaction. If none is specified, the default value will be the URI of the object requested.

ArmTransactionInfo

Syntax: ArmTransactionInfo transaction_info
This is an informational string used to descibe the transaction, primarily for use by transaction correlators. If not specifed, the default value is "Apache web page".
