sylvan is a subversion wrapper that stores and restores user, group, and permissions information for each file. This makes it useful for keeping things like /etc in Subversion without losing their functionality.
The resulting svn repository is a normal repository with the extra info stored as file properties, so you can still use svn for accessing it.
Enhancements:
- Major refactoring.
- There are more methods for importing /etc into a svn repository.

Scavenger project is a Lode Runner arcade game clone.
Youve got to run around and collect objects while avoiding enemies. Some objects are buried and youve got to dig down to get at them.
Its an addictive game and some of the levels are devilishly (cruelly) complicated to solve.
The game runs under Linux/Xwindows. It comes with a level editor so you can make your own levels.
There is also a graphics/sprite editor built into the game to allow you to paint your own graphics.
Enhancements:
- Fix for if sound fork doesnt open successfully, it exits and doesnt bog down the cpu or something.
- Icon for if the program is minimized.

Canoe is an online book cataloging software. It differs from library in a way it handles users. In Canoe everyone is equal and is able to either share or borrow books.

System helps to store and browse books data. It also automates borrowing process so you can find the book and make an arrangement with the owner with only few clicks.

Canoe project is fast and robust, designed to be easily extended and modified. Written entirely in Python.

Installation:

Copy package contents into destination directory, then run

python install.py

to setup database and initial configuration.

Don Ceferino Hazana is an action game similar to Super Pang.

A game similar to Super Pang. You are attacked by little green balls which are bouncing around and which you have to kill with your knife.

Your knife however is limited to being thrown upwards, thus you have to get under the balls to kill them. Even worse, if you kill a large ball, it doesnt just vanish, but breaks apart into two smaller balls.

Levels consist of little platforms connected by ladders, so you can go up and down or find cover if needed.

This is a Gaim plugin that automatically blocks nicknames or messages based on regular expression matches. Right now it only works with yahoo since those are the only chat rooms I visit using gaim.
Installation:
To install, copy autoblock.c and autoblock.h to /path/to/gaim/sources/plugins and type "PLUGIN_LIBS=-lpcre make autoblock.so".
Then copy autoblock.so to your gaim plugins directory (On unices it is ~/.gaim/plugins).
The files ab_nicks.txt and ab_messages.txt are supplied; I spent a little time culling them; and they get most of the bots in the rooms I have been in.
Copy them to your gaim home dir (~/.gaim on unices).
Enhancements:
- Really fixed the problem with blocking IMs even when not chatting.
- Fixed the hang/crash when a non-yahoo IM is recieved.
NOTE - many of the preferences that used to be available are no longer available due to changes in the Gaim API and program flow.

YATunnel is a simple tunneling program to bypass firewalls so you can access your computer at work from home.
tun-proxy should be running in some public computer without any firewalls. Youll have to give a port number to it with -p parameter, there isnt any default port just to make sure that this software couldnt be too easily tracked..
tun-server should be running in the computer behind the firewall that you want to access. Youll have to give the proxys host address and port number in command line.
To access the server, just ssh to the proxy in the given port and youre in.
Enhancements:
- A few fixes to make sure connections wont hang through firewalls:
- PING/PONG while waiting for client connection
- 30min idle timeout when client connection is up

The HTML::Clean module encapsulates a number of common techniques for minimizing the size of HTML files. You can typically save between 10% and 50% of the size of a HTML file using these methods. It provides the following features:

Remove unneeded whitespace (begining of line, etc)
Remove unneeded META elements.
Remove HTML comments (except for styles, javascript and SSI)
Replace tags with equivilant shorter tags (< strong > --> < b >)
etc.

The entire proces is configurable, so you can pick and choose what you want to clean.
