scrot is a command line screen capture utility.
scrot (SCReen shOT) is a simple commandline screen capture utility that uses imlib2 to grab and save images.
Multiple image formats are supported through imlib2s dynamic saver modules.

- First, specifying -t would break the $f param to -exec.
- Second, the thumbnail and the screenshot got different timestamps.
- Third, one werent able to specify geometry with -t.
- I fixed those and added, $m ( mini, instead of $t as it was taken ) so that one can do.
- About the geometry, having either the width or height set to 0 makes it fill in the other pertaining the aspect ratio.

Major Features:

1. At its lowest level, Scorched 3D is just an artillery game with two+ tanks taking turns to destroy opponents in an arena. Choose the angle, direction and power of each shot, launch your weapon, and try to blow up other tanks. That's basically it.
2. But Scorched 3D can be a lot more complex than that, if you want it to be. You can earn money from successful battles and use it to invest in additional weapons and accessories. You can play with up to twenty four other players at a time, mixing computer players with humans.
3. There's a variety of changing environmental conditions and terrains to be dealt with. After the end of each round (which ends when everybody dies or there's only one person left), you get to buy stuff using the prize money you won from previous matches.

Xastir ptoject can receive and plot APRS position packets. Development is a collaborative effort of programmers from around the world. Xastir supports many map formats and is highly customizable. Check out the "Screen Shots" link to see just a few of the ways that Xastir can be used.

Xastir runs on Windows/MacOSX/Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris/Lindows, with many more possible. It supports 125 map formats, several types of TNCs and weather stations, Festival speech synthesizer, AX.25 networking (Soundmodem/Baycom/SCC!) and seven languages!. On Unix-like operating systems, you can run your weather station or GPS on a separate computer as well, which is good for those hams who are already short on serial ports.

Xastir is FREE! under the GPL license and comes with all source code.

KrawlSite is a web crawler/spider/ offline browser/download manager application.
To integrate with Konqueror, open the file associations page in the configuration dialog, select text/html mime type and in the embedded viewers list choose KrawlSite_Part. Now when you right click on a web-page in Konqueror, in the preview in menu, youll see KrawlSite.
Selecting it embeds the component into Konqueror as in the second screen shot. The first screen shot shows the shell in which the component runs. The third component is the configuration dialog.
To use this app to download tutorials, set offline mode on, start crawling from the start of the tutorial. If the start page of the tutorial is the TOC, set crawl depth to 1 or if the start page has the TOC along with the first chapter, set crawl depth to 0. If only next & previous links are present per chapter page, set crawl depth to number of chapters.

Abbot helps you test your Java UI. Abbot framework comprises Abbot, which lets you programmatically drive UI components, and Costello (built on Abbot) which allows you to easily launch, explore and control an application. The framework may be used with both scripts and compiled code.
This overview of the Abbot system will give you an idea of the different system components and how it is used. There is also some background concerning the issues involved with Java GUI testing.
You can see what Costello (the script editor) looks like or try it out via Java Web Start by using the links to the right. The screen shot shows a sample application, its UI hierarchy, and some component properties as displayed by Costello.
Here is what GUI unit test code looks like using Abbot (see Tutorial 1 or Tutorial 2 for more examples).
Refer to the API documentation for the ComponentTestFixture, ComponentTester and Robot classes, as well as the framework tests in the test source subdirectory.
You can also record user actions directly into a script which controls the event playback and testing.
This form of test is more suitable to integration/functional testing. The Costello script editor is provided which can record user actions and facilitate script construction and maintenance. It also provides insight into the hierarchy of the application under test.
You can launch the editor with the Web Start link above and immediately point it at any application you wish to launch and examine. The editor provides a hieararchy browser which displays all components in use by the application, as well as a wealth of information about any component selected in the hierarchy.
JUnit is used as the controlling harness for running tests and suites of tests, but scripts can easily be wrapped to run in other environments. Scripts may also be used to create a demo or tutorial for an application. You can drive the actual application and provide popup annotations while it is running.

Business::Associates is a library to handle the new XML interface for the Amazon.com Associates program.

This package replaces the Amazon Recommends (tm) links to provide a powerful and simple to use interface that allows you to embed complex, highly targeted ads on your web site (or other documents).

This modules supports many new features that are not available with the standard interfaces. For example, multi-mode searches, i.e. the ability to search across multiple product categories (dvd+video+music+...) is fully supported.

Open Steelball project is a futuristic soccer game.

Open Steelball is an SDL game, which is similar to "SpeedBall" on the Amiga. It is a futuristic soccer game for one or two where 5 players can be controlled per side.

The ball can be passed, shot, lobbed, and other players can be tackled.

Goalkeepers are controlled automatically.

This is the First Alpha Release.
