Free risk software for linux

Frisk project is a networked X11 version of Risk with computer players.
It is a faithful reproduction, and includes some computer players, an API for creating computer players, and a chat facility for talking to other players.
Its design is client-server, using TCP/IP sockets for communication, and the source is mostly well organized and commented.
It was tested on Linux and *BSD, but should work on most *nixes with X installed.
Enhancements:
- colormapping in truecolor, especially the world mapanciq
- fixes in color dialog, color player in dialogs
- speedup in colormapping/gui
- dice were not correct
- graph shows more now
- greenland card now shows
- options for number of armies to drop during fortify

FIRST DiskImager is an advanced, full-featured GUI disk image acquisition tool.

It was designed for forensic disk image inspection. Developed using C++ and QT. This is our 1st attempt to create an acquisition software to meet the NIST standards.

Ive tested and used the software and it works for me, but there is no guarantee that it will work for you. You can very easily DESTROY DATA IRRECOVERABLY by using this software. Do not even attempt using this software unless you are VERY FAMILIAR with the process of imaging hard drives and other media. While this program is intended to make the imaging

renamepics project uses the exiftags program to rename all JPEG files within a directory to the date and time they were taken using EXIF information.
For example a file named Sally1-birthday.jpg would be renamed something like 20051011-141023.jpg
This keeps all file names unique (provided you arent taking more than 1 picture per second), and lets you tell when the picture was taken with a glance.
renamepics should be considered beta software at best, and there is no guarantee, explicit or implied.
Use at your own risk.
It is working great for me, but if it chews up all your precious pictures and you never see them again, I dont want to hear about it.
Enhancements:
- This release makes exif the default program to extract exif data instead of exiftags, as it seems to run a bit cleaner.
- exiftags can still be used by uncommenting in the script.

Libphish is a cross-platform library to interact with the Open Phishing Database. Libphish provides a consistent API that browsers and other HTTP clients can use to in order to have anti-phishing capabilities such as verifying the risk level and safety of URLs.
The Open Phishing Database project is an effort to create and maintain and open database of phishing sites, in addition to providing browser extensions which utilise this database in order to provide users with a safer browsing experience.
There are currently several modules under development within the framework of the Open Phishing Database project:
- libphish is a cross-platform library to interact with the Open Phishing Database, in order to provide a consistent API which browsers and other programs can use to verify the safety and risk level of URLs.
- Anti-phishing toolbars for the Firefox and Konqueror web browsers which utilise the Open Phishing Database through the use of libphish.

freeCGI++ is a full featured C++ class hierarchy used to build CGI type applications. This library is provided with a BSD license and is free for any type of use.
freeCGI++ project is provided as-is and to be used at your own risk (standard legal stuff). If you find bugs or enhancements please e-mail them to me so I can add them to the next release.

Enhancements:

QuickCam VC is a video4linux driver for the Connectix QuickCam VC. This project is intended to provide a linux driver only, it is not intended to (and cannot) substitute Connectix/Logitech Windows drivers.
When Logitech will develop a Linux driver for that cam, the authors of this project will be very happy to live them the scene.
This software is a result of a large work amount of identification/intuition outside the usb port, and it isnt based on Logitech programming documents. So this driver can damage your QuickCam.You can use it at your own risk. Unfortunately there isnt free Logitech specifications about the webcam.

PHKP is an implementation of the OpenPGP HTTP Keyserver Protocol (HKP) in PHP. It allows people to serve a PGP keyserver on most webservers, provided that the webserver has GnuPG and PHP with exec() enabled. Searching, requesting and submitting (optional) of keys are all supported.

The development version of PHKP is available in my Darcs repository:

Alternatively, you can download the latest release. Instructions on how to use PHKP can be found in the README of the source tarball.

WARNING: This is software is not production-ready. It probably contains bugs and security leaks. Use at your own risk !!!

Installation:

Copy the phkp.php script to your webserver directory. If you can put it in the root directory of your web dir, you can rename it to index.php. If you dont do this, you will need to redirect every request to /pks to this script. For example, using Apache rewrite rules:

RewriteRule ^/pks/(.*) /phkp.php?/pks/$1

Modify the values in index.php to reflect your settings and create the necessary directories

Usage;

Simply point your gpg to the right keyserver and port. For example:

gpg --keyserver hkp://example.com:80 --search-keys Remko
gpg --keyserver hkp://example.com:80 --send-keys 8E041080
gpg --keyserver hkp://example.com:80 --recv-keys 8E041080

Known Issues:

Expiration and revocation is only detected with the english version of GnuPG. Other languages will omit this information.
