Kwok Information Server project is a Web-based information management system for managing issues, contacts, and IT assets including hardware and software licenses. The Issue Management module provides users a way to report issues and search for the issues they need to work on.

The IT Asset Management module provides hardware tracking and software license tracking. The Contact Management module allows users to create and maintain contacts. The Administration Tool module allows administrators to manage system users and to modify the system configuration.

There is built-in support for access control, email notification, LDAP authentication, file uploads, and more.

Tarmail application is an e-mail server that resists abuse. You can use tarmail as a full-featured standalone e-mail server, or as a shield for your main mail servers, or as a trap for unsolicited mail. Tarmail is written in C and released in source-code form.
Tarmail is released under the terms of the GPL version 2. You must accept this license agreement before downloading tarmail.
Tarmail is written in C and is designed to be able to run on any platform that properly implements the BSD Sockets interface. The number of dependencies has been minimized as much as possible.
Note that Tarmail is currently in development. This means that you should not expect it to be completely problem-free. Every effort has been made to try and make tarmail as solid as possible, but this is no guarantee. It could crash, it could spin out of control and generate a storm of messages, and things like that. If you do find a bug in tarmail please let me know.

Security - Mail::Toaster supports secure connections from the email client (via POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and webmail) to the server. If the remote (destination) email server supports it, we also encrypt the email as it travels across the public Intenet from server to server. Thus, if you happen to be using two Mail::Toasters and your email clients are configured to use SSL, you have a fully encrypted path from the email sender to the final recipient.
State of the Art Filtering - Mail::Toaster has sophisticated filtering capabilities built right in. A default installation blocks all viruses and will detect 85% of the spam. With a little bit of training, its reasonable to expect and achieve 99% spam filtering accuracy.

SharpWebMail is an ASP.NET webmail application that is written in C#. It uses a POP3 or IMAP servers as the mailstore and sends mail through a SMTP server. It is very simple to configure (only a few settings in the web.config file). This application has all the features of a normal webclient for mail. You can compose HTML messages, search your inbox, read mime messages, have multiple address books and more.
