Reliable Response Notification provides guaranteed delivery of critical messages to a wide range of devices. The project guarantees that every emergency will have one, and only one, person responding and taking charge of the recovery.
For integrated services, like some network monitors, help-desk packages, and security suites, Reliable Response Notification allows the user to update records via their mobile devices. It is available as either a standalone server or as a hosted service.
Enhancements:
- The product supports three types of groups: broadcast, escalation and on-call.
- Many devices are supported, including email, SMS, text-to-speech, Jabber, GTalk, SameTime IM, and alphanumeric pagers.
- Integrations for a number of packages are available.

NullableTypes for .NET are a very reliable and efficient version of built-in value-types that can be Null. NullableTypes pass more than 800 differents test cases and have close-to-optimal efficiency as built-in value-types. They may be used every time you need to store a Null value in a .NET built-in value-type.

Types implemented by NullableTypes are: NullableBoolean, NullableByte, NullableInt16, NullableInt32, NullableInt64, NullableSingle, NullableDouble, NullableDecimal, NullableString and NullableDateTime.

Helper functions provide seamless integration with Windows and ASP.NET user controls and with ADO.NET.

NullableTypes will let you write code like this:

The property RequestedDeliveryDate.IsNull tests if the date is Null, and when it is not Null the property RequestedDeliveryDate.Value returns a valid DateTime value.

libsrvtab is a library that provides a simple API to Kerberos v4 srvtab handling, and offers reliable handling of the srvtab file to insure against corruption.

libdvdplay is a simple library designed for DVD navigation. It depends on libdvdread (which can optionally use libdvdcss).
NOTE: libdvdplay is no longer under active development. VLC has switched to libdvdnav which appears to be more reliable for DVD navigation than libdvdplay. Of course you are still welcome to use, work or submit patches to libdvdplay.
Currently supported platforms are Unix, Windows, BeOS and Mac OS X, but it should work on almost any platform.

OpenIB provides an Infiniband networking software stack that is scalable, reliable, fast and open.
OpenIB.org is the premier site for the latest information, updates, and downloads to the open-source InfiniBand (IB) effort. OpenIB is focused on delivering a high performance InfiniBand software stack for Linux.
The goal is to develop an InfiniBand software stack that is high performance, scalability, and interoperable, while reducing deployment time. By emphasizing an open-development environment, we hope to encourage community participation and focus on getting the OpenIB stack into the 2.6 Linux kernel tree and into the various Linux distributions.
The OpenIB server houses many of the development tools that users of the project will require to meet the goals of an open source InfiniBand stack. These resources include a Subversion code repository, Bugzilla bug reporting, and mailing lists with monthly archives.
The website itself provides links and information to the various members of the project, downloads, IRC details, and the latest news on the open InfiniBand stack.

Test::WWW::Selenium::Catalyst is a Perl module to test your Catalyst application with Selenium.

This is still a test release. Its working for me in production, but it depends on a Java application (SeleniumRC), which can be unreliable. On my Debian system, I had to put firefox-bin in my path, and add /usr/lib/firefox to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Every distro and OS is different, so Id like some feedback on how this works on your system. I would like to find a clean solution that lets this module "Just Work" for everyone, but I have a feeling that its going to look more like if(gentoo){ ... } elsif (debian) { ... } and so on. I can live with that, but I need your help to get to that stage!
