Digital Invisible Ink Toolkit 1.5
Digital Invisible Ink Toolkit provides a simple tool that can hide a message inside a 24-bit colour image. more>>
The Digital Invisible Ink Toolkit is a Java steganography tool that can hide any sort of file inside a digital image (regarding that the message will fit, and the image is 24 bit colour). Digital Invisible Ink Toolkit will work on Linux and Max OS, even on Windows because it is written in Java and thus platform independent.
There are four highly customisable algorithms in the tool, as well as an open-source implementation of RS Analysis (an extremely good steganalysis method). The tool has the additional advantage of being able to simulate hiding - so you can get an accurate map of where the information is hidden.
The compiled version can be run by simply double clicking the .jar file, or by running at a command line with the following options (you will need to run at the command line if you are using big pictures, such as those greater than 500x500 pixels or it will run out of memory):
java -jar -Xmx512m diit_1-1.jar
Where -Xmx512m tells the virtual machine to use 512MB of physical RAM (at most) - please change to suit your own machine specifications.

Rad Upload is a drag and drop file upload applet with a progress monitor. Advanced features of Rad Upload Lite include recursive upload of directories and setting upload limits at the client side.
Bandwidth saving options include filtering out unwanted file types, compression, and resizing images before they are uploaded.
Both HTTP/HTTPS and FTP protocols are supported, and files can be uploaded using copy and paste, as well as with an optional traditional browse button.
Main features:
- Drag and Drop
- Progress Bar
- Applet Size
- Copy and Paste
- FTP upload
- SSL
- Upload Folders
- Redirect After Upload
- Image Scaling
- Client Side Filtering
- Display Thumbnails
- GZip Compression

Installation:
First make sure that your server is correctly configured to accept file uploads. With sites that use PHP you can make use of the included test.html and upload.php files to test your server configuration.
Depending on the version you have downloaded move dnd.jar, dndlite.jar or dndplus.jar onto your web space. Also move the included php files onto the same location as the jar file. Next open applet.php in your favourite text editor and change the url parameter to match your server-side upload handler. Thats it!
The upload.php is a sample PHP script provided to get you started on drag and drop file upload. You may need to modify upload.php to suite the needs of your website or web application.
If you prefer to use perl as your server side handler please copy upload.cgi to your /cgi-bin/ directory and change permissions to 755. Perl upload handling can be tested with test-perl.html
Each licence of Rad Upload Lite, Rad Upload and Rad Upload Plus allows you to install the applet on exactly one website.
Enhancements:
- A minor bug in client side filtering (by file type) and an incompatibility with tnftpd on Mac OS X were fixed.

Cpqarrayd 2.2
Cpqarrayd is a daemon to monitor HP (compaq) arraycontrollers. more>>
Cpqarrayd is a daemon to monitor HP (compaq) arraycontrollers. Cpqarrayd project reports any status changes, like failing disks, to the syslog and optionally to a remote host using SNMP traps.
This tool can run on a linux based intel box with a smart array controller from Compaq. It reports status changes in the disks both to the syslog and to a snmp trap host.
The default is to only log to the syslog. You can specify traphosts with the -t parameter at the commandline. Multiple traphosts are allowed. It checks for valid input, but any errors are non-fatal, in fact the traphost is just ignored..
To ensure correct opereration compile it for the same kernel that runs on the machine where you want to use this. At least make sure that the version of the SmartArray driver is the same. Strange things can happen otherwise.
Enhancements:
- This update is mainly a cleanup and it should fix some compile errors on some systems with 2.6.x kernels. A link to the latest version is located on the left sidebar.

Nonpareil 0.78
Nonpareil is a calculator microassembler and simulator. more>>
Nonpareil is a microassembler and simulator package for the calculators. It currently supports the HP Classic and Woodstock series. Nonpareil is written in C and uses the GTK+ toolkit.
The Classic series of HP handheld calculators included the following models:
- HP-35 Scientific (Electronic Slide Rule)
- HP-80 Financial
- HP-45 Advanced Scientific
- HP-65 Card Programmable Scientific
- HP-70 Business
- HP-55 Programmable Scientific
The HP-67 is considered by many people to be part of the Classic series since it is packaged similarly to the HP-65, but electrically it is really a Woodstock series machine.
The classic series chip set was also used in the HP-46 and HP-81, which were desktop printing versions of the HP-45 and HP-80, respectively, and the HP 9805A desktop calculator. The same chip set was also used in the HP 1722A Oscilliscope, the HP 3380A Integrator (for Gas Chromatography), and in several HP Gas Chromatographs.
The Woodstock series of HP handheld calculators included the following models:
- HP-21 Scientific
- HP-22 Financial
- HP-25 Programmable Scientific
- HP-25C Programmable Scientific with continuous memory
- HP-27 Scientific and Financial
- HP-29C Programmable Scientific with continuous memory
The code name "Woodstock" referred both to the Woodstock series of calculators, and to the processor architecture use in them. The same processor architecture was also used in the Topcat, Sting, and Spice series, and the HP-67.
Enhancements:
- Build problems that occurred with certain versions of Bison were fixed.
- The need for an X server during the build process was eliminated.
