Free Realty is a PHP/MySQL set of scripts based upon Jon Roigs original Open Realty project.
Free Realty is primarily designed for real estate agents and offices to list properties on the interenet. With Free Realty the end user does not need to be fluent in web page design.
This is a fork of software written by Jon Roig called Open Realty. Jon has moved on to version 3.0 while a number of users have requested continued development on the 2.x series.
Enhancements:
- A data validation error that could lead to SQL injection attacks was fixed.
- Anyone running 2.9-0.7 should replace only the affected files.

CFL 1.2.9
CFL is a C library of useful functions that simplify systems software development on System V UNIX. more>>
CFL is a C library of useful functions that simplify systems software development on System V UNIX.
The library includes routines for memory management, string parsing, filesystem traversal, subprocess execution, I/O, as well as implementations of common data structures such as linked lists, hash tables, stacks, and queues.
CFL library also includes a high-level interface to Berkeley sockets, and an implementation of a scheduler which has functionality very similar to that of the cron daemon.
This package may not compile with older versions of gcc. Version 3.3
or later is highly recommended.
Installation:
The simplest way to compile this package is:
1. `cd to the directory containing the packages source code and type `./configure to configure the package for your system. If youre using `csh on an old version of System V, you might need to type sh ./configure instead to prevent `csh from trying to execute `configure itself.
Running `configure takes awhile. While running, it prints some messages telling which features it is checking for.
2. Type `make to compile the package.
3. Optionally, type `make check to run any self-tests that come with the package.
4. Type `make install to install the programs and any data files and documentation.
5. You can remove the program binaries and object files from the source code directory by typing `make clean. To also remove the files that `configure created (so you can compile the package for a different kind of computer), type `make distclean. There is also a `make maintainer-clean target, but that is intended mainly for the packages developers. If you use it, you may have to get all sorts of other programs in order to regenerate files that came with the distribution.
Enhancements:
- Two bugs were fixed.

SKopete 1.2.9
SuperKaramba interface to Kopete. more>>
SKopete is a SuperKaramba interface to Kopete.
Note: The first time it runs, it will show all online contacts. Once you run the config dialog and click OK, it will only show the contacts you have selected to be monitored.
Main features:
- Displays the Kopete contact list on the desktop. Support automatic and configurable positioning/resizing
- Displayed contacts are configurable
- Has the buddy pounce/notification feature. See screenshot of config dialog
- Has basic Kopete controls (Online, Offline, Away and Start Chat)
- Indicates basic presence status (online, offline and away) for all contacts
- Resource (dcop calls) usage is independent of number of contacts
- For theme developers. I have built on the SKoot API to create basic layout management and event dispatching classes. They are independent of SKopete (see skopete_gui.py). If theres interest, Ill post a link to the API docs. Similarly the communication with Kopete is in a independent backend (kopete.py)
Usage:
- Ensure Kopete is running
- In the config dialog, you can specify which contacts should be monitored, and also whether to display offline contacts
- By default SKopete, automatically resizes and repositions itself as contacts go online/offline. If you want it to stay in place, choose the manual layout policy in the Look&Feell section of the config dialog
- You can select custom photos as well a notifications and pounces for all contacts in the Buddies section of the config dialog.
- If you make any changes to the contact list in Kopete, you should reload SKopete via the right click menu

GTK+ 2.9.4
Gtk+ is a library for creating graphical user interfaces. more>>
GTK+ is a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces. Offering a complete set of widgets, GTK+ is suitable for projects ranging from small one-off projects to complete application suites.
GTK+ is free software and part of the GNU Project. However, the licensing terms for GTK+, the GNU LGPL, allow it to be used by all developers, including those developing proprietary software, without any license fees or royalties.
GTK+ is based on three libraries developed by the GTK+ team:
- GLib is the low-level core library that forms the basis of GTK+ and GNOME. It provides data structure handling for C, portability wrappers, and interfaces for such runtime functionality as an event loop, threads, dynamic loading, and an object system.
- Pango is a library for layout and rendering of text, with an emphasis on internationalization. It forms the core of text and font handling for GTK+-2.0.
- The ATK library provides a set of interfaces for accessibility. By supporting the ATK interfaces, an application or toolkit can be used with such tools as screen readers, magnifiers, and alternative input devices.
GTK+ has been designed from the ground up to support a range of languages, not only C/C++. Using GTK+ from languages such as Perl and Python (especially in combination with the Glade GUI builder) provides an effective method of rapid application development.

R.I.P. 2.9
Recovery Is Possible (RIP) is a Slackware-based CD or floppy boot/rescue/backup/maintenance system. more>>
Recovery Is Possible (RIP) is a Slackware-based CD or floppy boot/rescue/backup/maintenance system. It has support for a lot of filesystem types (Reiserfs, Reiser4, ext2/3, iso9660, UDF, XFS, JFS, UFS, HPFS, HFS, MINIX, MS DOS, NTFS, and VFAT) and contains a bunch of utilities for system recovery.
R.I.P. also has IDE/SCSI/SATA, PCMCIA, RAID, LVM2, and Ethernet/DSL/cable/PPP/PPPOE network support.
The bootable CD image `RIP-12.4.iso.bin can be written to a CD/DVD disk, using cdrecord/dvdrecord etc.
The 2.6.11.6 kernel has IDE/SATA and SCSI support. The kernel also has PCMCIA, LVM2, RAID, and Ethernet/cable/dsl/ppp/ pppoe/wireless networking support.
These are some of the programs it contains (partimage/partimaged, parted, dump/restore, reiserfsck, fsck.reiser4, fdisk, cfdisk, sfdisk, mke2fs, e2fsck, tune2fs, debugfs, mkfs.xfs, jfs_mkfs, jfs_fsck, xfs_repair, cdrecord/dvdrecord, mkisofs, dvd+rw-format, growisofs, ntfsresize, mkntfs, lynx, mutt, fetchmail, pop3spam, popselect, ncftp, epic irc, tin, telnet, wget, naim, zgv, testdisk, smbclient, smbmount, ssh/sshd, rsync, udp-sender/receiver, lde, blesstivo, rtvpatch, chntpw, cmospwd, grub, grubconfig, smartctl, memtest86, captive-ntfs, ddrescue, dd_rescue, acpitool, dmidecode, hwinfo, lshw, ethtool)
It also includes the DVD udf filesystem packet writing tools (cdrwtool, mkudffs, pktsetup).
The reiserfsck and fsck.reiser4 programs are used to check and repair a Linux reiserfs and reiser4 filesystem.
The xfs_repair program is used to repair a Linux xfs filesystem.
The jfs_fsck program is used to check and repair a Linux jfs filesystem.
The e2fsck program is used to check and repair a Linux ext2 or ext3 filesystem.
The ntfsresize program non-destructively resizes Windows XP/2000/NT4 or Windows Server 2003 NTFS filesystems. Read /usr/doc/RIP/ntfsresize.txt on the rescue system.
The parted program is used for creating, destroying, resizing (fat16/32, ext2/3, reiserfs v3.6), checking and copying partitions, and the file systems on them. This is useful for creating space for new operating systems, reorganising disk usage, copying data between hard disks and disk imaging.
The partition image program partimage saves partitions in the ext2, ext3, reiserfs, jfs, xfs, ufs, ntfs, fat16, and fat32 formats to an image file. Only used blocks are copied to save space and increase the speed. The image file can be compressed, in gzip or bzip2 formats.

MLdonkey 2.9.0
MLdonkey is a file-sharing client for eDonkey, FastTrack, and Overnet, etc. more>>
MLdonkey is a multi-platform multi-networks peer-to-peer client. Originally, MLdonkey was the first open-source client to access the eDonkey network. The protocol was reverse-engeneered using an efficient protocol sniffer, Pandora .
Currently, with eDonkey , it supports several large networks, such as Overnet , Bittorrent , Gnutella (Bearshare, Limewire, etc), Gnutella2 (Shareaza), Fasttrack (Kazaa, Imesh, Grobster), Soulseek (beta), Direct-Connect (alpha), and Opennap (alpha). Networks can be enabled/disabled, searches are performed in parallel on all enabled networks, but each file is only downloaded from one network (wait for next release !), but from multiple clients concurrently.
MLdonkey runs as a daemon on the computer. It can be controlled using several interfaces: the simplest one is telnet (telnet 127.0.0.1 4000), a more interesting one is a WEB server (http://127.0.0.1:4080/), and a binary protocol allows access using more elaborate Graphical Interfaces (see the GUIs available on your system at the bottom of the page). MLdonkey comes by default with a GTK interface. All these interfaces can be used locally, or remotely (after disabling security restrictions).
MLdonkey is written in Objective-Caml , a powerful language that runs on most Operating Systems.
Enhancements:
- Ocaml 3.10.0 is now the default compiler
- do not compile unmaintained Gnutella/G2 by default
- non-EDK: Discover WAN IP
- Swarmer: Optional linear downloadBT: Improve UTF8 support
- BT: Support user_commit_dir when seeding
- BT: Fix country-based IP blocking

p3pmail 2.9.05
p3pmail provides a tool that removes dangerous HTML tags from email. more>>
p3pmail provides a tool that removes dangerous HTML tags from email.
p3pmail will remove dangerous HTML tags from email messages to make them safer for viewing. It does this by skipping the header of the email message before parsing it for dangerous HTML tags. It will only parse HTML email.
You have to set up a port redirection with iptables so that all connections from e.g. inside your office to any POP3/POP3S/SMTP server outside in the world will not leave your router, but come to a local port, on which P3Scan listens.
P3Scan receives from the Linux kernel the original destination (the email server outside in the world) and will connect to them.
All data we receive from the client will be sent to the server, and vice versa. With a little enhancement: we parse the necessary parts of the protocol and when an email is sent from the server, we store it into a file, invoke our scanning, and send it along if it is good, or in the event of POP3/POP3S we replace it with a virus notification and optionally delete the infected message. For infected SMTP messages, we reject the message.
It should be possible to use all scanners using the scannertype=basic.
Also, P3Scan provides scannertype=avpd for high-speed scanning using Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Linux, every C programmer can easily adept other scan-daemons (trophie, sophie, antivir, ...).
Neither the client nor the server has to be configured, none of them will take notice that theres a mail scanner (except the client when he gets a virus notification or if he looks into the header, and the server gets our ip as source).

Zope 2.9.5
Zope is a Web application platform for dynamic Web sites. more>>
Zope is an open source web application server primarily written in the Python programming language. Zope features a transactional object database which can store not only content and custom data, but also dynamic HTML templates, scripts, a search engine, and relational database (RDBMS) connections and code.
It features a strong through-the-web development model, allowing you to update your web site from anywhere in the world. To allow for this, Zope also features a tightly integrated security model. Built around the concept of "safe delegation of control", Zopes security architecture also allows you to turn control over parts of a web site to other organizations or individuals.
