php file browser allows the user to upload files, delete, copy, make directories and paste files and directories. It has two access levels: one for admin, one for guest.
Access for guests can be optionally password protected.

pypt-offline is a utility for people using Debian (and distros based on debian) on a disconnected machine.
It helps in downloading the required data from another, high bandwidth Windows/Linux/Mac box.
Enhancements:
- Lots of updates were done.
- This is the first full release of pypt-offline, but it is still in beta.
- MD5 checksum support was added.
- Local cache check support was added.
- Progress bar support was added.
- Python optparse is used for option parsing.
- Zip archiving is supported.
- Many many more updates were made.

Ircproxy is a transparent IRC content filtering application. It may be used whenever there is a need for monitoring IRC connections.

irc-proxy may be used to deny specific connections or to examine suspicious IRC traffic.

Proxy Applet is a GNOME tray applet for changing your network proxy configuration with a single click, in a manner similar to Galeon 1.x.
Galeon used to have a single click Network Proxy selector in their menu, which I used frequently. In a discussion with Epiphany developers about this same functionality (using GConf) they argued that you could already move the Proxy Network capplet to your taskbar.
But that doesnt offer all the functionality Im looking for. What I think would be neat is:
- An applet that gives you a list of preset configurations upon a single click.
- Each configuration is called a location and could either mean:
No proxy
Manually configured proxy
Proxy Auto Configuration (PAC)
A remote URL, eg. http://pac.isp.net/path/file.pac
A local URI, eg. file:///home/user/pacs/location.pac
- When you select another location, the applet should replace your GConf settings accordingly. (GConf key: /system/http_proxy)
- A preferences dialog should allow to manage locations and even test a location (see if proxy works or check PAC syntax ?).
- In a later phase there might even be an automatic selection based on eg. the network-configuration (ip-address, network, gateway, ??). So the applet has to monitor the network configuration for changes.
- When using tsocks or dante lib, we could have a dialog to socksify the complete system. (Add it to /etc/ld.so.preload or run /etc/init.d/tsocks)

Hv3 (Html Viewer 3) is a minimalist web browser that uses Tkhtml. Currently it is at early alpha stage. Please try it out, then report bugs or make suggestions.
Using hv3 and reporting bugs with it and the underlying Tkhtml widget assists Tkhtml development greatly. Suggestions also gratefully received.
Hv3 is not yet as sophisticated as most popular web browsers. Most notably, it does not support either javascript or plugins (although it can run most "tclets" created for the tcl plugin). As well as formatting HTML/CSS documents, hv3 supports FRAMESET documents, tabs, HTML forms and HTTP cookies.
By itself, hv3 can connect to remote servers to retrieve documents specified by http URIs using the built-in Tcl http package. However much better performance can be obtained by installing the custom http proxy program hv3_polipo (also available for download from this site). Once installed, hv3 starts and stops hv3_polipo automatically. See below for installation instructions.
Usage:
After downloading the starkit and tclkit runtime (files 1 and 2), Linux users must decompress the tclkit runtime, change its permissions to be executable and execute it with the path of to the starkit as the first argument. For example:
$ gunzip ./tclkit-linux-x86-xft.gz
$ chmod 755 ./tclkit-linux-x86-xft
$ ./tclkit-linux-x86-xft ./hv3_img.kit
Enhancements:
- This release fixes some problems with copying text from or searching for strings within documents containing non-ASCII characters.
- Support for selecting text by the word has been added and HTTP "Location" headers are now supported.
- Right-clicking on the document now produces a context sensitive menu.
- < table > parsing has been standardized to include < tbody > and co.
- and < iframe > elements are now supported.
- There were also minor bugfixes and optimizations to layout and document parsing.

Anon Proxy Server is a fast http, https, socks caching proxy server. Easy web based configuration, optional p2p anonymous mode.
Main features:
- Easy Configuration - Web based, no editing text configuration files.
- Memory - No big databases are kept in memory, no matter how large the cache is, memory usage will only increase when more users access it at the same time.
- Speed - To see how much cpu the proxy uses, run top or task manager. Then open multiple windows and hit reload continously, on my computer I usually run out of bandwidth before it goes near 3-5% cpu usage.
- Shared Cache - Can be used as a general cache for all users of a computer/network instead of one cache per profile.
- Automatic config - Auto generates the .pac file for automatic proxy settings, no more updating in the do not use proxy section of individual users browsers.
- Anonymous P2P proxy - Joining the anonymous proxy network will allow you to use other peoples proxys for browsing and allow them to use yours.
- SOCKS - Supports enough of SOCKS to run ftp, most Instant messengers, irc, limewire, etc.
- User authentication - Supports external user authentication.
Enhancements:
- The program now checks for errors in access configuration.
- Variable timeout values were added.
- Log rotation was fixed.
- Occasional crashes on a bad URL were fixed.
- The auto configuration .pac file was fixed, so it should work even if the proxys URL was not set properly.
- Anon proxy defaults to 3 keys now for more reliability.
