Empire Server is a server for the Empire game.
Empire is a real time, multiplayer, Internet-based game, featuring military, diplomatic, and economic goals. For more information on the game of Empire, please check the FAQ.

Enhancements:
- Fix declare to prevent the deity from changing relations for a player to self. Allow the deity to set the relations of a player towards the deity.
- Fix arm not to put the same nuke on multiple planes (broken in 4.3.3).
- New option AUTO_POWER.

- Only repair owned and allied planes.

Crypt::OpenSSL::SMIME is a Perl module for signing and encrypting messages with S/MIME standard using OpenSSL libraries.

Crypt::OpenSSL::SMIME is a brain dead minimalistic not yet secure for use by paranoid people wrapper around OpenSSL library which was extremely useful for us at YASP Software Ltd to send sensitive information to Outlook and Mozilla mailboxes and requires NO additional support from the mail reader software to decrypt messages unlike PGP.
Ok, here is clear and long description.

It is minimalistic becouse it does sign and encrypt operations in one go. No flexibility (yet).

It is not yet secure for paranoid people becouse it creates outputfile. On first go this file will contain signed message. I.e. original message in clear text and signature appended. On second go this file will be overwritten with encrypted one. So bad boy has a couple of milliseconds to read unencrypted data from disk. I know i am paranoid but the question is: am I paranoid enough ? We are working on the next version which will be secure even for paranoid users.

It is extremely useful becouse allow to encrypt mail messages with S/MIME standard with 4 lines of Perl code. Mail reading software like Mozilla and Outlook have builtin support for this standard unlike PGP. Recipient will need to install his certificate though. Which is proven to be simple step even for dumb people. If you managed to run your own CA recipient will probably want your root CA certificate as weel. I hope i used well known words here.

PPTools contains several tools designed to ease the life of people working in the Pulsed Power field. It can also be useful for people working in electronics.
PPTools contains an RLC circuit solver, a resistor color coding solver, a liquid resistor solver, an inductance calculator, and a skin depth effect calculator. It should greatly help when doing quick calculations for the design of experiments, or when analyzing experimental results.

- Solving of RLC circuit: give all parameters but two, solve the two unknowns!
- Resistors color coding: enter the color code, read the resistance value! Or enter the resistance you need, then read the closest color code!

Enhancements:
- The liquid resistors calculator now gives correct answers and more solutions are available.
- The resistor color code solver has been almost totally rewritten and is now much more accurate and smart.
- The inductance/capacitance calculator was previously wrong for some capacitance calculations; now it is either correct (and proven) or a warning is displayed.
- The documentation has also been updated.

RSS Viewer is a comfortable and portable viewer for RSS/RDF-compatible newsfeeds. It is written completely in Java and licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Rss Viewer is proven to run on Windows, Linux and MacOS X. Other Java enabled platforms should work as well.
