Privateer Gemini Gold is a remake of Wing Commander Privateer.

Include is a Perl module that allow you to use #defines from C header files.

The Include module implements a method of using #define constants from C header files. It does this by putting an extra level of indirection on the use operator.

To enhance performance a cache scheme is used. When a new module is required the cache is checked first, if the package is not found then it will be generated from the C header files.

Include can be configured to place any generated packages into the cache automatically, for security reasons this is turned off by default.

There are three ways in which the use Include statement can be used.

use Include qw(-I /some/path/of/mine);

Will unshift the directory /some/path/of/mine onto the search path used so that subsequent searches for .h header files will search the given directories first.

use Include q< sys/types.h >;
use Include q< sys/types.h > "/[A-Z]/";

Both of these will define all the constants found in and any header files included by it. The first will export all of these into the calling package, but the second will only export defined macros that contain an unppercase character.

Subroutines

Under normal use the Include package is only used via the use/import interface. But there are some routines that are defined.

CacheOn

This subroutine will cause the Include module to save any generated packages into the cache.

Generate( @headers )

This subroutine will force the generation of the given header files, and any files included in them, reguardless of whether they are currently in the cache. If cache writing is turned on then the cache files will be overwritten.

Search( @dirs )

This subroutine will unshift the given directories onto the search path used for locating the header files.

Important Notes Before You Begin

There are 2 things you will need in order to use Neverwinter Nights Linux Client, aside from downloading the Linux Client binaries:

1. Game Resources: You will need to get the Neverwinter Nights game resouces from one of these locations:

from an existing Windows installation of the 1.29 build of Neverwinter Nights (instructions below)

OR

from an installation of the Neverwinter Nights Gold Edition (instructions below)

OR

from a mirror site hosting the Neverwinter Nights v1.29 Linux Client resources (instructions below)

2. CD-Key: You will have to purchase a copy of the game to get a valid Neverwinter Nights CD-Key. Of course, with this purchase you also get a lovely Neverwinter Nights mapkin, a spiral-bound game manual, and three plastic-coated aluminum-reinforced W1nd0z3 brand coasters.

Eureka Public Key was created due to numerous requests for a public key application using our strong encryption techniques. The basic principle for its use is one creates their own public key and distributes the key to whomever they will be transferring encrypted files with.

When one receives a key, they import it into their key database. You can create and import as many keys as you wish. Both public keys are used in the cryption process. You select your particular public key to use and the public key of the person who will receive it.

When a file has been received you put in your public key that matches the one they used and select their public key that was used in the encryption. See the Encryption, Decryption and Import/Export sections for more information on these topics. To create a public key, click on Keys then Create Public Key or click on the gold key icon under the menu items.

All you have to do is define a name for the public key and click on Create. All encrypted files will be written to the Encryptions folder. Likewise, all decrypted files will go to the Decryptions folder. If a file already exists with the same name, it will be overwritten.

Encryption:

To Encrypt a file, click on File then Encrypt.

All you have to do is select Your public key, their public key and click on Encrypt or press enter then select the file you want to process.

The file selected will be encrypted and then placed in your Encryptions folder. Now you can send this file in the manner you prefer.

Note that this application encrypts in a binary format. In other words, it uses the full 256 character set and is not a text file. You will need to send it as an attachment if you are using email to transmit it.

Decryption:

To Decrypt a file, click on File then Decrypt.

All you have to do is select Your public key, their public key then click on Decrypt and select the file you want to process.

The file selected will be decrypted and then placed in your Decryptions folder.
