Gif Disassembler 2.2.2
Gif Disassembler is a Web script that lets you upload any GIF animation and will attempt to return the individual frames. more>>
Gif Disassembler is a web-based script that lets you upload any GIF animation and after that it will attempt to return the individual frames, along with the image information from your animation.
That info can then be used to reassemble the animation after frame editing.
Enhancements:
- The permitted file upload size was lowered to 250KB.
- A redundant file size check was added prior to image processing.
- Existing upload size limits were not being enforced, which caused ImageMagick to consume all available server memory.
- Only the index.php file in the temp folder is affected.
- Updating is recommended.

nmr-relax 1.3.0
nmr-relax is designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins or other macromolecules. more>>
nmr-relax is designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins or other macromolecules though the analysis of NMR relaxation data. It is a community driven project created by NMR spectroscopists for NMR spectroscopists.
It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, and the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis.
Main features:
Supported NMR theories
- The following relaxation data analysis techniques are currently supported by relax:
- Model-free analysis (Lipari and Szabo, 1982a; Lipari and Szabo, 1982b; Clore et al., 1990)
- Reduced spectral density mapping (Farrow et al., 1995, Lefevre et al., 1996)
- Exponential curve fitting (to find the R1 and R2 relaxation rates)
- Steady-state NOE calculation
Data analysis tools
The following tools are implemented as modular components to be used by any data analysis technique:
- Numerous high-precision optimisation algorithms
- Model selection (dAuvergne and Gooley, 2003)
- Akaikes Information Criteria (AIC)
- Small sample size corrected AIC (AICc)
- Bayesian or Schwarz Information Criteria (BIC)
- Bootstrap model selection
- Single-item-out cross-validation (CV)
- Hypothesis testing ANOVA model selection (only the model-free specific technique of Mandel et al., 1995 is supported)
- Monte Carlo simulations (error analysis for all data analysis techniques)
- Model elimination - the removal of failed models prior to model selection (dAuvergne and Gooley, 2006)

Solaris packaging tools 1.2.1
PkgTools are a set of utilities which are used to aid in the building of native Solaris packages. more>>
PkgTools are a set of utilities which are used to aid in the building of native Solaris packages. There are five separate utilities which are used to build packages, prepare a chroot() environment to install software into prior to building a package, copy package control scripts into place, a tool to aid in the starting of new projects, and a tool to check that packages are installed correctly.
Currently there are four tools in this set:
build-pkg
This is used to actually build the Solaris package, calling chroot-install if required.
chroot-install
A utility which creates an environment suitable for calling chroot() on and allowing the user to install software into it.
proj-template
A utility which asks the user questions and then copies files and directories from a specified template directory and performs macro expansion on them. This is designed to aid in the initial setup of the home directory of a new project.
simple-proj
A very similar utility to proj-template. However it does not ask questions and only deals with the setting up of a simple InstallPackage. This is useful when dealing with 3rd party software which just needs to have a number of package control scripts put into the package.
check-pkg
A utility which can be used to check to see if packages are installed correctly. It can also be given a pathname to check on which packages said pathname is a part of.
It should be noted that simple-proj is really proj-template wearing a different hat.

The Gallery 1.6 Alpha 3
The Gallery is a slick Web-based photo album written using PHP. more>>
Gallery is a web based software product that lets you manage your photos on your own website. You must have your own website with PHP support in order to install and use it.
With Gallery you can easily create and maintain albums of photos via an intuitive interface. The function photo management includes automatic thumbnail creation, image resizing, rotation, ordering, captioning, searching and more.
Albums can have read, write and caption permissions per individual authenticated user for an additional level of privacy. Give accounts to your friends and family and let them upload and manage their own photos on your website!
Main features:
- Image Magick or NetPBM - pick which image manipulation package you have on your server or want to use.
- Auto Rotate Images - Gallery can look at information in pictures from digital cameras and automatically rotate them as needed.
- Image Quality and Size Defaults - You can limit the quality and size of images so that when images are uploaded, Gallery will resize them to save space.
- Main Gallery Page Settings - The configuration wizard contains all of the settings for how the main Gallery page looks and acts including showing or hiding the album tree, search engine, or album owner, and what frames to show around albums.
- Optional Binaries: zip, jhead, jpegtran - If you have these programs on your webserver, you can enable them to make gallery work better and be more flexible.
- Languages - Choose which languages you want your Gallery to support and how the user is presented with the choice.
- Email Support - Set up email support to have your Gallery email users when their accounts are created or when they forget their password, email you copies, email people when the Gallery is updated, and more!
- Gallery-wide Slideshow - enable or disable a slideshow that includes all pictures in the gallery
- Commenting - turn off or on the public commenting system and configure it.
- Logging - enable logging with syslog or the Windows logger
- RSS publishing - publish your Gallery with RSS![1]
- Album Defaults - set defaults for the way that all new albums will originally look.
Enhancements:
- The two primary goals were HTML 4.01 compliance and easier visual customization.
- To do this right meant touching almost all of the Gallery code and given that some things were going to break, we decided to clean up the code in the process.
- Thus, the source code structure of Gallery 1.6 is very different to prior versions and Gallery 1.6 is not compatible with CSS or themes from prior versions.

IOC::Proxy::Interfaces 0.29
IOC::Proxy::Interfaces is a IOC::Proxy subclasss to proxy objects with a given interface. more>>
IOC::Proxy::Interfaces is a IOC::Proxy subclasss to proxy objects with a given interface.
SYNOPSIS
use IOC::Proxy::Interfaces;
my $proxy_server = IOC::Proxy->new({
interface => AnInterface,
# ... add other config values here
});
$proxy_server->wrap($object);
# our $object is now proxied, but only the
# methods which are part of the interface
# will work, all others will throw exceptions
$object->method_in_interface(); # works as normal
$object->method_not_in_interface(); # will thrown an exception
This is a subclass of IOC::Proxy which allows for the partial proxing of an object. It will only proxy the methods of a given interface, all other methods will throw a IOC::MethodNotFound exception. This could be used to (in a very weird way) emulate the concept of upcasting in Java, it is also somewhat like the idea of using interfaces with Dynamic Proxies in Java as well (see the article link in "SEE ALSO").
This proxy can be useful if you need to have an object strictly conform to a particular interface in a particular situation. The interface class is also pushed onto the proxies @ISA so that it will respond to UNIVERSAL::isa($object, Interface) correctly. Keep in mind that there is no need for the object being proxied to have the interface in its @ISA prior to being proxied. The proxy is dynamic and only requires that the object conform to the interface when it is being wraped but the proxy object.

SmbClientParser work with output of bin smbclient, so it doesnt work on win platform. (but query of win platform work of course)
A best method is work with a samba shared librarie and xs language, but on Nov.2000 (Samba version prior to 2.0.8) there is no public interface and shared library defined in Samba projet.
Request has been submit and accepted on Samba-technical mailing list, so Ive build another module called Filesys-SmbClient that use features of this library. (libsmbclient.so)
For Samba client prior to 2.0.8, use this module !
SmbClientParser is adapted from SMB.pm make by Remco van Mook mook@cs.utwente.nl on smb2www project.

This script was developed and tested over the 0.36rc1 version of xmame, so i dont know if that works on prior versions of xmame, if you can test it, please let me know.
