mysqlstress is small but powerfull program, though. It allows administrator, with a lot of arguments, to stress an mysql server to see if performance is given.
Usage

-h, --hostname Connect to host. (default: localhost)
-u, --username User to log in. (default: root)
-p, --password Password to log in. (default: none)
-d, --database Database You want to connect. (default: mysql)
-S, --socket Connet to unix socket (default: NULL)

-n, --number Number of SQL statements per connection (default: 5000)
-s, --statement SQL statement you want to exec during stress test. (default "SELECT * FROM user")
-t, --threads Number of threads You want (default: 5000)
-i, --info Show version of MySQL Server
-c, --close Close MySQL connections (default: no). See README!
-q, --quiet No output, just work (default: no)
-V, --version Output version information and exit.
-H, --help Output this message and exit.
all options are logical, the only one is the -c or --close.
If you really want to stress your mysql dont close mysql connections.

EmPy is a system for embedding Python expressions and statements in template text; it takes an EmPy source file, processes it, and produces output.

This is accomplished via expansions, which are special signals to the EmPy system and are set off by a special prefix (by default the at sign, @). EmPy can expand arbitrary Python expressions and statements in this way, as well as a variety of special forms.

Textual data not explicitly delimited in this way is sent unaffected to the output, allowing Python to be used in effect as a markup language. Also supported are callbacks via hooks, recording and playback via diversions, and dynamic, chainable filters. The system is highly configurable via command line options and embedded commands.

Expressions are embedded in text with the @(...) notation; variations include conditional expressions with @(...?...!...) and the ability to handle thrown exceptions with @(...$...). As a shortcut, simple variables and expressions can be abbreviated as @variable, @object.attribute, @function(arguments), @sequence [index], and combinations.

Full-fledged statements are embedded with @{...}. Control flow in terms of conditional or repeated expansion is available with @[...]. A @ followed by a whitespace character (including a newline) expands to nothing, allowing string concatenations and line continuations.

Comments are indicated with @# and consume the rest of the line, up to and including the trailing newline. @% indicate "significators," which are special forms of variable assignment intended to specify per-file identification information in a format which is easy to parse externally.

Context name and line number changes can be done with @? and @! respectively. @ markups are customizeable by the user and can be used for any desired purpose. Escape sequences analogous to those in C can be specified with @..., and finally a @@ sequence expands to a single literal at sign.

SPindent (Server Page Indenter) is a JSP/PHP structural validator and indenter. It performs structural compatibility check of inner HTML generated from "parallel" branches of process flow statements such as if/else.

It allows for those HTML branches to have different entry and exit HTML stack points, as far as the branches are compatible.

This allows for verification and proper indentation of handy workarounds, as well as rusty pyramids. It is based on MixedCC (Mixed Compiler Compiler).

Pontoon is a PHP CMS framework. Pontoon supports you, when you develop in PHP.
Enhancements:

XiSQL is a XInclude and Oracle XSQL-like processor implemented as CGI program. It makes it possible to insert data from a database into XHTML without the need to develop any scripts.
Enhancements:
- The error messages have been made more informative.
- Compatibility with old versions of GCC and GNU Make was improved.
- The requirements regarding the version of MySQL have been lowered.
- XiSQL now works with MySQL version 3.23 and later, but without support for multi-statements.
- Compatibility with various POSIX-compatible OSes was improved.
- Some bugs with encodings have been fixed.
- Major bugfixes were made.

Groupvte is a very small multitab terminal written in python to administrate groups of similar machines very easily.
I tipically needed it to monitor and update and do some very repetitive tasks on the various machines I administer.
It uses gnomes vte widget and pygtk.
Groupvte is still very alpha software, please let me know of any issues you have with it.
Usage and configuration
./configure --prefix=
make
make install
After installation just copy the groupvte.conf.example file to ~/.groupvte.conf and tailor it to your needs.
Enhancements:
- This release fixes view resizing, an error in the "about" dialog, two left-over print statements, and the window title.

Lard is a Logging and Rotation Daemon that can replace the functionality of sysklogd and logrotate together.
Logging is done almost exactly the same as syslogd, with added features such as regex matching and command triggers.
Rotation can be triggered while the daemon is running safely by sending it a simple signal.
Enhancements:
- Added -d, the typical debug option which implies -n.
- Right now it doesnt spit out that much debug info yet but I will add more debug statements later as codebase grows.
- Lard also can handle multiple match statements which makes it easier to select specific messages.
- On top of that, you can now use filter to prune unwanted messages.

C_COUNT counts C-language source statements, and summarizes statistics about
the relative amount of commentary, whitespace, etc.
It provides options to extend its usefulness, accommodating C-preprocessor
definitions that would confuse a simpler line-counter, and for displaying
non-graphic characters, etc.
C_COUNT project runs on a variety of UNIX systems, VMS and MSDOS.
Enhancements:
