Choosefont is a simple but extremely efficient tool for quickly finding the required font in a large amount of fonts.

It was created due to the lack of decent font selection widgets in many application.

Apart from finding a font, Choosfont can also creat css, html and other code for the selected font, this code is automatically copied to the X clipboard.

gmp3sort is used to reorder files on usb mp3 sticks with fat16 filesystem.
Some mp3 usb sticks have no support for playlists or shuffle.
Since they use fat16, files are ordered by creation date, which results in no or little control over the playlist.
gmp3sort renames files, moves them to a temporary directory and moves them back, thus creating the desired file order.

This program is simply a LIRC based file navigator. It can be controlled by the mouse or LIRC and can execute the program for specific file extensions.
Great for people with a collection of media files and a LIRC enabled player like mplayer and, of cource, a working install or LIRC and your favorite IR remote.

LIRC Commands:
- up_dir - Moves up the directory tree.
- select
- If a directory is selected it changes into that directory.
- If a file with a known extention is selected, the program specified is executed.
- All other files, or special files are ignored.
- up - Moves the selection one option up.
- down - Moves the selection one option down.
- page_up - Moves the selection a page of options up. The number it moves depends on the windows size.
- page_down - Moves the selection a page of options down. The number it moves depends on the windows size.
- mount - Calls mount with the currently selected file (must be listed in fstab to work). *See README for more detail.
- umount - Calls umount with the currently selected file (must be listed in fstab to work). See README for more detail.
- mount - Calls eject with the currently selected file (must be listed in fstab and you must have eject installed for this to work). *See README for more detail.

wmxkb showns and controls XKB groups (XFree86 key maps).
It can be used as a dockable/swallowed applet with Window Maker, BlackBox and clones (incl. FluxBox), or any window manager that supports swallowing, including gnome-1, kde(kpanel)-1, afterstep, fvwm and clones.
Alternatively, you can run wmxkb as a normal window with any window manager.

OSSP iselect is an interactive line selection tool for textual files, operating via a full-screen Curses-based terminal session.
It can be used either as an user interface frontend controlled by a scripting backend as its wrapper or in batch mode as a pipeline filter (usually between grep and the final executing command).
Enhancements:
- A security fix was done by upgrading GNU shtool from 2.0.1 to 2.0.3.

SIOX stands for Simple Interactive Object Extraction and is a solution for extracting foreground from still images with little user interaction.
The underlying method is fast, noise robust, and can also be used for segmentation of videos. SIOX is free (GNU GPL) and is currently being integrated into the GIMP.
SIOX originates from E-Chalk where an instructor standing in front of an electronic chalkboard is segmentated.
Enhancements:
- Major code cleanups were done.
- A bug concerning multiple foreground object selection was fixed.
- Further documentation was added.

gdWebSuite System is a script that is designed to be a full featured system for user registration, login, and administration on a Web site.
It also supports account activation and retrieving lost passwords. gdWebSuite System supports visual templates and different styles for each template.
Enhancements:
- New administration features for uploading avatars, a new avatar selection, and one new admin style were added.
- A private message system was started.
- Some changes and updates were made to various parts of the code.
