FSHeal aims to be a general filesystem tool that can scan and report vital "defective" information about the filesystem like broken symlinks, forgotten backup files, and left-over object files, but also source files, documentation files, user documents, and so on.

It will scan the filesystem without modifying anything and reporting all the data to a logfile specified by the user which can then be reviewed and actions taken accordingly.

StatCvs-XML provides reports about cvs usage based on the cvs log. It is an extension of the great StatCvs project.
StatCvs-XML shares the cvs log parsing code with StatCvs but has advanced report generation and customization features.

SRG is a Squid Report Generator designed for the needs of CRCnet. None of the existing report generators could provide the exact solution that we required and we decided to start from scratch rather than trying to modify an existing progamme.
SRG is designed to be fast and easy to integrate in to other authentication systems (such as those that are driving Squid itself).

Snort Report is an add-on module for the Snort Intrusion Detection System. Snort Report add-on provides realtime reporting from the MySQL database generated by Snort.

It has been tested on Redhat 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, and OpenBSD 2.9.

polld is a simple daemon that periodically opens files defined in /etc/polld.
polld project can be used for scanning partitions in a card reader that does not report card insertion and removal.
I use this for scanning partitions in card reader, which does not report card
insertion/removal. With polld, they appear in 10 seconds after insertion and
udev will then create appripriate device nodes.

MySQL Activity Report is a valuable database tuning aid.

The MySQL Activity Report package is a tool to help MySQL database administrators to collect several database parameters and variables. These collected values can be used for server monitoring or performance tuning purposes.

The most important component of the MySQL Activity Report is mysqlard. This daemon collects the data from a MySQL server and stores these values in a Round Robin Database.

The mysqlard package also contains example graphing, cron and php scripts. The cron scripts can be used to keep archives of the generated graphics and the php script shows the generated graphics and tries to give some tuning tips.

xtermcontrol enables dynamic control of XFree86 xterm properties. xtermcontrol project makes it easy to change colors, titles, fonts, and the geometry of a running xterm, as well as to report the current settings of the properties.
Window manipulations such as (de)iconify, raise and lower, maximize and restore, and reset are also supported. It also lets advanced users issue any xterm control sequence.

Set foreground color to COLOR.

Set Nth [0-15] color to COLOR.

Set font name to FONT. Alternatively it is possible to specify a fontmenu index as #[0-6] or navigate the fontmenu by relative sizes as #+N or #-N, where N is an optional integer.
--title=STRING
Set window title. Note that mechanisms like the Bash PROMPT_COMMAND may overwrite the title. Se also How to change the title of an xterm.
--geometry=WIDTHxHEIGHT+XOFF+YOFF
Set size and/or position. Through its control sequences the xterm only recognize positive XOFF and YOFF offsets, which are pixels relative to the upper left hand corner of the display. xtermcontrol is therefore unable to handle negative offsets as described in the X Geometry Specifications and therefore truncates negative values to zero.
