GPass project is a simple GNOME application, released under the GNU GPL licence, that lets you manage a collection of passwords.
The password collection is stored in an encrypted file, protected by a master-password.

PasswordMaker project is a small, lightweight, free, extension for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Flock, and Yahoo! Widgets which creates unique, secure passwords that are very easy for you to retrieve but no one else. Nothing is stored anywhere, anytime, so theres nothing to be hacked, lost, or stolen.

How It Works:
You provide PasswordMaker two pieces of information: a "master password" -- that one, single password you like -- and the URL of the website requiring a password. Through the magic of one-way hash algorithms, PasswordMaker calculates a message digest, also known as a digital fingerprint, which can be used as your password for the website.

Although one-way hash algorithms have a number of interesting characteristics, the one capitalized by PasswordMaker is that the resulting fingerprint (password) does "not reveal anything about the input that was used to generate it." In other words, if someone has one or more of your generated passwords, it is computationally infeasible for him to derive your master password or to calculate your other passwords. Computationally infeasible means even computers like this wont help!

php_lib_login is a library for PHP, designed to allow Web site developers to add login and password protection functionality quickly and easily.

Basic login functionality including email-based, question-protected password reminding, user-creation of accounts, password changing, ip banning, and selected page protection can be implemented with about 15 lines of code.

php_lib_login is designed to work with numerous different databses, including MySQL, postgreSQL, MSSQL, ODBC, Access, and more through the use of the adodb library, and supports several different human languages as well.

DBIx::Password provides an abstraction layer for password maintenance. It is database independent and only overrides the connect method (so it basically behaves as DBI normally does).

Oracle Password Repository is a Unix-based secure tool for storage & retrieval of Oracle database passwords.
By replacing hardcoded passwords in scripts with a call to OPR, it helps to keep your Oracle environment secure and easier to maintain.
Enhancements:
- The INSTALL file informed that you need to be able to see the oracle oci libraries, but it fact you need these only at runtime. You do need access to the OCI headers files during runtime though. But these rights are enabled by default oracle installations.
