Funkyou is a solution for DJs that includes MP3 mixing, light controlling via an RS-232 or DMX interface, WAV samples, and a crossfader.

It is designed for easy use, and can function optionally with a touchscreen. It has support for radio DJs and a switchable speaking clock.

wmgmail is a Gmail inbox checker dockapp with preview.

Light Hawk is a KDE Jabber client. It is unfinished, but I have been using it every day for some time now.
Those interested in following or helping development should use GNU arch 1.2 or later. My archive is neil@hakubi.us--terminus and is available at http://www.hakubi.us/arch/terminus/. The branch to get is lighthawk--mainline.
To compile the arch version of Light Hawk you will also need to get neil@hakubi.us--terminus/admin--KDE-3-0-BRANCH and symlink that into the top level of lighthawk as "admin".
After that its mostly an ordinary KDE application (run gmake -f Makefile.cvs to get a configure script). You must run that configure script in a separate directory, though, arch to cooperate later.

Gnome Crystal project is a light model visualizer for crystal structures.

Gnome-1 version uses Gtk+, Gnome, libglade, gettext, OpenGL(or Mesa) and GtkGLArea.

Gnome-2 version uses standard Gnome-2 libraries and the Gnome Chemistry Utils and its dependencies.

MoBlock is a linux console application that blocks connections from/to hosts listed in a file in peerguardian format (guarding.p2p and p2p.p2b) or ipfilter.dat files.

MoBlock project uses iptables ipqueue userspace library and it is very light in resource usage.

mod_proxy_add_uri adds X-Original-URI header to outgoing proxy requests. Useful when you have a light mod_proxy in front of your fat backend.

To use the module you have to compile it into the frontend part of your server, I usually copy the module to apache-1.3/src/modules/extra/ and use APACI like:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache
--activate-module=src/modules/extra/mod_proxy_add_uri.c
[... more apaci options ...]

You should also be able to compile and use this module as a dynamically loaded module (DSO).

Hogwash Light BR is an Intrusion Prevention System that can filter packets directly in the layer 2 of the OSI model (so the machine doesnt need even an IP address).
Detection of malicious/anomalous traffic is done by rules based in signatures, and the user can add more rules. It is an efficient and versatile IPS, and it can even be used as bridge to honeypots and honeynets.
Since it doesnt make use of the operating systems TCP/IP stack, it can be "invisible" to network access and attackers.
