Asymptopia BlackJack is a full-featured casino-style blackjack game written in Python using PyGame for graphics.

You play with up to 6 robots against the dealer. You can specify which player is you. It is dynamic, addictive, and you dont lose real money!

GFileRunner is GNOME-based file manager aimed to be a nicer, faster, and more powerful replacement for the current popular file manager, Nautilus.

Currently it does much of the things that Nautilus does, but faster. Some things are slower. Some things dont work. And some things arent done.

Its not much yet, but it should be about half usable and definitely give people with lesser machines hope.

Stacniac is slightly odd in that it doesnt have buttons: you enter numbers and then type in commands. Apparently, most people prefer algebraic calculators and like to click on buttons, so I dont think Stacniac will have wide appeal; however, I like RPN and prefer to run the calculator from the keyboard.

Stacniac has a fairly large set of commands which are invoked by typing short (but hopefully obvious) words. Stacniac is programmable in a limited way.

mod_header_modify Apache module can change or remove incoming http headers and it can also add headers that werent sent by the client. It can thus be used to manipulate the behaviour of content handlers that you dont want to (or cant) change. Another option might be to simulate various user agents, perhaps in conjuction with mod_rewrite.
