LMS (LAN Management System) is the integrated system of networks management designed for various size internet providers (ISP).

That software writed in PHP, Perl and C, works with variuos database systems.

Library Accounting System is a Web-based library system for cataloging books, journals, magazines, and newspapers.
Unlike the majority of Web-based systems, it is intended for individual users rather than for institutional use.
Library Accounting System supports loaning and viewing of records, automatic downloading of book information, and call number creation.
Enhancements:

YaaCs is a CATI system that lets you manage and do interviews. YaaC system divides the survey process into administration and strictly operative tasks.
It make easy monitoring survey progress (giving several information), and it allows the management of the the survey with several administration tools.
It simplifies the interviewers work reading all contacts data from an easy and functional GUI. It can send faxes via hylaFAX and save all contacts data in a PostgreSQL database.
Enhancements:
- This release features a rewrite from scratch, VoIP support (IAX2 protocol), automatic outcomes classifcation, a new database design, support for internationalization (with English and Italian translations), new monitoring tools (via the tclami package), instant messaging (IM), the ability to recruit interviewers through SMS, phone, or email, an improved replicates algorithm, and an new installation system that uses autotools.

Online Cardgame System project is a client-server system for playing card games over the net.
OCS is a client-server cardgame system, similar to those found at Yahoo! Games and elsewhere. The server is portable and has been tested under Linux, Win32, and several unix systems. We currently have Win32 and Java clients available, and a Qt client for Linux is in development.
Games are implemented as plugin modules, so new games can be added without recompiling the server. In addition, the client is written to be unaware of the mechanics of gameplay, so it can theoretically play any games the server supports without having to know how to play them specifically.
We currently have Euchre and Spades implemented, with bot support for both games, meaning you dont need a full 4 people to play a game. We plan on implementing more games in the future.
On a side note, development of this project tends to wax and wane with our motivation and amount of schoolwork.

Open Tournament System is a full tournament engine that supports modular additions of new tournament types. It features team, single, and draft tournaments.

Inferno is a compact operating system designed for building distributed and networked systems on a wide variety of devices and platforms.
Inferno was originally developed at Bell Labs (the research division of Lucent Technologies).
Inferno Operating System is a well-designed, economical operating system particularly suitable for use in networked devices such as advanced telephones, hand-held devices, TV set-top boxes, and many other embedded applications.
Inferno can run in native mode on an embedded system or in emulation mode under many different operating systems. Inferno has many features in common with Plan 9.

Portable Applications
Inferno applications are written in Limbo, a modern, safe, modular, concurrent programming language with C-like syntax. It is more powerful than C but considerably easier to understand and debug than C++ or Java. Limbo code is compiled into architecture independent byte code which is then interpreted (or compiled on the fly) on the target processor. This means that any Inferno application will run identically on all Inferno platforms.
Transparent Resources
Inferno offers complete transparency of resources and data using a simple but powerful namespace system. By representing resources as files and having one standard communication protocol, resources such as data stores, services and external devices can easily be shared between Inferno systems. A resource interface may be imported to the local system and used by the applications without them knowing, or needing to know, whether it is local or remote.

High level security is an important part of the Inferno system. By using one standard protocol for all network communication, security can be focused on one point and provided at a system level. You must have installed hddtemp and all i2c sensors in kernel to have this script working!

You must launch:

hddtemp -d /dev/hd[abc] // if you have 3 disks!

to have temperature working!

For gentoo add a line to /etc/conf.d/local.start to load the command line at startup!
