Personel Document Manager (or PDM for short) is a simple easy to use document management system using platform independent programming to make it work in both worlds, Windows and Linux.

It supports archiving from scanner as well as from file, mailing, editing and printing out of the application using the computers default applications on the running system. So for example, if you choosed Gimp as your favorite program for images in your Operating System, PDM will open a document you want to edit in Gimp -> without any need for configuration.

procmail is a mail processing and SmartList mailing list suites. Procmail can be used to create mail-servers, mailing lists, sort your incoming mail into separate folders/files (real convenient when subscribing to one or more mailing lists or for prioritising your mail), preprocess your mail, start any programs upon mail arrival (e.g. to generate different chimes on your workstation for different types of mail) or selectively forward certain incoming mail automatically to someone.

Mailing List project is a Web-based, full-featured mailing list and newsletter system. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe themselves.
Email confirmation is used for new subscriptions. The list of subscribers to a list can be imported and exported.
Installation:
- copy all files to your web host
- use phpmyadmin or your mysql interface to run site.sql against your database.
- open site.xml and edit the database section with your database details.
- go to index.php and login with username of admin with a password of test.
Setup the site.xml file with your database settings as follows.

Project Lancelot is a modular mailing list manager.
Far simpler and less feature-rich than the likes of Mailman, it is still quite easy to understand, to change, and to extend.
Project Lancelot is a work in progress and should not (yet) be used for serious applications.

IPTables-tutorials aim is to explain iptables in a complete and simple way. The iptables-tutorial is currently rather stable, and contains information on all the currently available matches and targets (in kernel), as well as a couple of complete example scripts and explanations. It contains a complete section on iptables syntax, as well as other interesting commands such as iptables-save and iptables-restore.

LDAP Mailing Lists Access Policy Daemon (MLAPD) is a mailing list manager that uses LDAP (instead of BDB or GDBM) to control list access. Its designed to work in conjunction with Postfix as an access policy delegation daemon. It manages electronic mail discussion and e-newsletter lists. Its goal is to store/read list data on/from LDAP.
It works as a Postfix access policy delegation agent, so it can be installed one time and used by multiple Postfix instances, or installed multiple times and not suffer database access concurrency issues (because it uses LDAP).
Enhancements:
- This can be considered the first stable and usable release.

CheckMail is nothing more than a smart textual menu allowing easy browsing through a set of mailboxes, displayed together with numbers of all messages and new messages. Simple, but very handy.

OpenEMM is a feature-rich industrial-strength enterprise software for e-mail marketing and the first Open Source application for e-mail marketing.
The OpenEMM code base has been developed since 1999 and is used (as part of the commercial ASP product E-Marketing Manager) by companies like BenQ, CA, IBM, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, Tiscali, etc.
OpenEMM offers already more than 90% of the functionality of the commercial product and some features the commercial product does not offer right now (i.e. new user interface, MySQL support, etc.).
The main difference is, that OpenEMM is an easy to set up single server solution, while its big brother E-Marketing Manager operates on several distributed servers as software on demand.
