kpaste is a simple python script that allows you to paste something to http://www.rafb.net/paste
You can use it by service menu or console.
Usage:
$ kpaste foo.py
or press ALT + F2 and write "kpaste". Kdialog will be shown, than select file and paste.
Installation:
Sorry for setup.py :-) Just you can install by writing only 3 commands.
There are 3 files in src/ which you should copy to correct directories.

Note: You must be root in order to copy "kpaste" and "kpaste.png" to its directories.

TkPasMan is a simple program that stores usernames and passwords for access to various websites.
It is inspired by gpasman, but has more `paste possibilities. For example, you can just paste username and then password behind it.
How To Use TkPasMan:
A. Entering a new site.
1. Choose `Add site from the Edit menu to add a new site you want to store your password for.
2. Type a clear description, and press .
3. Now you can type your username and/or password in the fields on the right.
4. Use the checkbuttons to adjust the way username and/or password will be copied into the primary X selection when you select a description. Most times, you will want to select the first two options, i.e. `Username and `Password.
B. Selecting username and password and pasting them elsewhere.
1. Point your mouse to one of the descriptions in the list on the left.
2. Just press your left mouse button, and, depending on your configuration of the checkbuttons, TkPasMan will select a username or password for you.
3. Now, point your mouse to the application you want to paste your username in.
4. Just press the middle mouse, and voil? the item will be pasted! TkPasMan will automagically put the next item (most times a password) in the X selection, so, after you pasted a username somewhere, just go to the place you want to paste the password, and again middle-click to put the password on its place.

WP Clipart now includes a viewer to expediate the use of the clipart collection. While it is true that any editor will allow you to "browse" your system for images to open or insert, the interface can often be slow, or you have to dig through the system to find the clipart, and often the display of the images (in thumbnail form) is very small.

The Clipart Viewer (CAV) is quick, has a nice size display (up to 240x240 pixels) and the images are displayed, when resized, in their original proportions. In other words, you get a real good look at the images before you pick one. CAV then lets you copy the image in original size to the clipboard to paste into your program. The preview quality and speed are the biggest advantages to using CAV, but there are a couple other advantages that are not immediately obvious.

First, you paste the saved image while keeping CAV open. This allows you to change your mind to try a different clip or copy and paste another image quickly. You dont have to block your editor with another "open" or "insert" dialog to keep going. You can also paste it into a graphics editor if you want to do a little tweaking and not have to find it again.

On Linux, you often cannot get images into the clipboard to use in apps like AbiWord or the Gimp. Simply by keeping CAV open, Abi and Gimp can be pasted into.

I programmed CAV with Python/wxPython/wxGTK. Dependencies should not be a problem on any system as I have created "stand-alone" executables for both Linux and Windows, using cxFreeze and py2exe, respectively, and included these in the downloads for WP Clipart. [They are in the "Viewer" folder.]

Below are a few screenshots. The use of the little app is fairly self-explanatory . . . by clicking on the "caviewer" in the wpclipart/viewer directory (or more easily, by making a symlink or shortcut to that file) CAV will open with its search tree open to the clipart directory.

autocutsel project is a simple buffer in which any application can store text.
X servers use two schemes to copy text between applications. The first one (old and deprecated) is the cutbuffer. The other scheme is the selection and works differently.
There may be many selections in a single server. An application does not copy data in a selection, it "owns" it. When another application wants to retreive the content of a selection, it asks the owner.
Recent desktop applications (GNOME, KDE, ...) use two selections: the PRIMARY and the CLIPBOARD. The PRIMARY selection is used when you select some text with the mouse. You usually paste it using the middle button. The CLIPBOARD selection is used when you copy text by using, for example, the Edit/Copy menu. You may paste it using the Edit/Paste menu.
Windows VNC clients keep the Windows clipboard synchronized with the cutbuffer, but not with the selections. And since recent applications dont use the cutbuffer, the servers CLIPBOARD is never synchronized with Windows one.
Autocutsel tracks changes in the servers cutbuffer and CLIPBOARD selection. When the CLIPBOARD is changed, it updates the cutbuffer. When the cutbuffer is changed, it owns the CLIPBOARD selection. The cutbuffer and CLIPBOARD selection are always synchronized.
Since the VNC client synchronizes the Windows clipboard and the servers cutbuffer, all three "clipboards" are always kept synchronized. When you copy some text in Windows, the cutbuffer and the CLIPBOARD selection are updated. When you copy text on the server using either the cutbuffer or the CLIPBOARD selection, the Windowss clipboard is always updated.
Installation and Usage:

If you downloaded autocutsel from CVS, you first have to run ./autogen.sh to build the configure script.
If configure fails because it cant find X or Xaw libraries, you may have to install the devel packages of these libraries.
To install it (as root):

By default, autocutsel synchronizes the CLIPBOARD selection. You may want to use the PRIMARY selection instead, if your applications use Motif or another toolkit not using the CLIPBOARD. To do that, simply run
autocutsel -selection PRIMARY

GPG-Crypter is a GTK+ frontend to GnuPG (GPG) and it is intended to decrypt and encrypt text into ASCII-armored gpg-ciphers.

Rhinote is a simple Python/Tkinter script which provides virtual "sticky-notes" on your desktop. Rhinote is handy for jotting down quick notes or holding copied text that you plan to paste elsewhere later.
