JPasswords is a password management program with encrypted databases. JPasswords project allows you to securely store passwords or passphrases, together with related management data like username, entry title, dates and textual notes, on an encrypted disk file. Access to such a file is protected by a single secret key that you define resp. can change at any time.
Password entries may be ordered within groups (which can be nested) and displayed in tree or in table view. Upon retrieval of a password, the program assists you by a "copy to clipboard" function to make password or username quickly available in other applications. Several useful service functions around file management, like copy, merge, backup and restore, make this program a pleasure to use.
The format and encryption method for the database file is compatible with "Password Safe" (Version 2) files as created by CounterPanes (Bruce Schneier) program of the same name.

MyPasswordSafe is a straight-forward, easy-to-use password manager. MyPasswordSafe maintains compatibility with Password Safe files.
Main features:
- Safes are encrypted when they are stored to disk.
- Passwords never have to be seen, because they are copied to the clipboard
- Random passwords can be generated.
- Window size, position, and column widths are remembered.
- Passwords remain encrypted until they need to be decrypted at the dialog and file levels.
- A safe can be made active so it will always be opened when MyPasswordSafe starts.
- Supports Unicode in the safes

Enhancements:

DBIx::Password provides an abstraction layer for password maintenance. It is database independent and only overrides the connect method (so it basically behaves as DBI normally does).

You provide a single virtual user name in the connect method and the module determines which database/which user/which password to provide.

Password List Generator is a good tool to create passwords list with makepasswd and save to file.

Password Creator is a great tool to generate passwords with criteria like uppercase letters, numbers or even specified characters.
It has virtually no limitation on the pasword length and the password quantity or the characters to use.
Enhancements:

syncpasswd is an Expect script that synchronizes passwords via SSH on multiple platforms (Linux/BSD, OS X, and Solaris).

It takes hostnames as a list of arguments and changes the specified user passwords on those hosts. syncpasswd outputs results to stdout and logs to /var/log/syncpasswd.log (by default).
