Perl Audio Converter (PAC) is a tool for converting multiple audio types from one format to another. It supports MP2, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, Shorten, Monkey Audio, FAAC (AAC/M4A/MP4), Musepack (MPC), Wavpack (WV), OptimFrog (OFR/OFS), TTA, LPAC, Kexis (KXS), AIFF, AC3, Lossless Audio (LA), AU, SND, RAW, VOC, SMP, RealAudio (RA/RAM), WAV, and WMA.
It can also convert audio from the following video formats/extensions: RM, RV, ASF, DivX, MPG, MKV, MPEG, AVI, MOV, OGM, QT, VCD, VOB, and WMV. A CD ripping function with CDDB support, batch and playlist conversion, tag preservation for most supported formats, independent tag reading/writing, and extensions for Konqueror and amaroK is also provided.

AdvanceMAME and AdvanceMESS are unofficial MAME and MESS versions with an advanced video support for helping the use with TVs, Arcade Monitors, Fixed Frequencies Monitors and also for PC Monitors.
They run in GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, DOS, Windows and in all the other platforms supported by the SDL library.
The main difference compared with the official emulators is that the Advance versions are able to program directly the video board to always get a video mode with the correct size and frequency.
Generally the Advance emulators are able to use a video mode which doesnt require any stretching or other unneeded effects to match the original arcade display.
The direct video board programming is fully supported in Linux and DOS. Its partially supported in Windows. AdvanceMAME isnt supported in Mac OS X and other platforms.

Guzuta aims to be an easy to use, user friendly and yet powerful Gtk interface to the excellent package manager program used by Archlinux, Pacman. Guzuta is named Guzuta after the name of one of the monsters in the game Pac-Man, the orange one.

FoxyProxy is an advanced proxy management tool that completely replaces Firefoxs proxy configuration. The extension offers more features than SwitchProxy, ProxyButton, QuickProxy, xyzproxy, ProxyTex, TorButton, etc:
- Animated statusbar/toolbar icons show you when a proxy is in use
- Define which proxy to use (or none!) for arbitrary URLs using wildcards, regular expression, whitelists, and blacklists

wmmge is a small Window Maker dockapp for monitoring an MGE UPS.
It shows the remaining time, and it blinks if this time is short.
It uses PSP (Personal Solution-Pac) monitor, which can be downloaded from the MGE website: http://www.mgeups.com.
It needs root permissions to send messages to the UPS.
