UFxp 1.1
UFxp project is a GUI client for FXP.One using the Ultimate++ widget toolkit. more>>
UFxp project is a GUI client for FXP.One using the Ultimate++ widget toolkit. Even though there are clients that come with FXP.One, this is the first full-blown GUI client and is separately packaged.
It works on Windows and Unix servers. Currently tested on NetBSD, Linux, Windows and OsX.
FXP.One is a whole new way of doing FTP/FXP transfers, please read more about it on the FXP.One page.
What this project really could need is someone to help with the graphics/buttons and icons. It has too much of a "programmer look" at the moment.

DistccPPCKnoppix 0.0.9
DistccPPCKnoppix is a Knoppix distribution that contains distcc servers for both Linux x86 and OSX ppc compiling. more>>
DistccPPCKnoppix is a Knoppix distribution which contains distcc servers for both Linux x86 and OSX ppc compiling. With it you can utilize your extra x86 computers to build Linux x86 and OSX PPC binaries.
After running across "Building a Darwin cross compiler for use with distcc and fink" and "HOWTO: Use Gentoo Distcc Host to cross-compile for OSX" I quickly set out and build my own cross compiler to speed up my Apple OSX development. Like most people I have more x86 hardware then I do ppc. It didnt take long to get it build and a test distccd server up to show that it was working.
When I compile for Linux x86 I use distccKnoppix to utilize all my spare x86 computers I have lying around. Using the Knoppix Remastering Howto I quickly added the ppc cross compiler to distccKnoppix. Now when it boots two distccd demons start on separate ports. The default port (3632) has the x86 compiler and the ppc compiler is on port 3633.
Now Apple developers finally have a use for their x86 hardware (that they can admit to). This is also a nice cheap way to speed up OSX compiling and development.

ComediClientServer 1.1
ComediClientServer is a system to control and test COMEDI devices remotely (or locally). more>>
ComediClientServer is a system to control and test COMEDI devices remotely (or locally).
The system consists of two programs, a multiplatform client (written using Qt 3.x) and a Linux server.
The server is for Linux only. It is intended to run as a daemon process, and it exports an interface to control AI, AO, DI, DO and AIO channels remotely via the network.
The client is intended to run as GUI app on either Max OSX, Windows, or Linux.
The motivation for this program was that I wanted a quick oscilloscope-like program for controlling COMEDI devices, and I wanted to be able to do it over the network and/or from even a Windows workstation.
Main features:
- Remote access -- control COMEDI devices remotely from anywhere
- Set voltages on analog output channels
- Monitor the voltage of analog input channels graphically on the screen
- Digital input on DI or DIO channels or digital output on DO or DIO channels.
- Configure DIO mode for input or output
- Monitor and control multiple digital lines at once using a compact and elegant user interface.
- Client runs on multiple platforms: Windows, Linux and OSX (whatever platforms Qt 3.x supports).

Open Tax Solver 0.5 (GUI)
OTS GUI is an optional Graphical User Interface for all Open Tax Solver programs and tax-form versions. more>>
Open Tax Solver GUI is an optional Graphical User Interface for all Open Tax Solver programs and tax-form versions. It provides a simple way to enter and edit your tax-data and to run the tax-solver on it. The OTS GUI is written to work with any OTS tax data file, both past, present, and future. It is a modular addition to the OTS program set.
The OTS GUI contains no specific tax-form data itself, but rather it reads your selected tax-form file and configures itself accordingly. By virtue of OTS-GUI, all OTS versions now automatically have a GUI front-end, and anyone, even without GUI-writing experience, may create new tax programs having this graphical front-end.
The OTS_GUI is written in C using the Otk (Open Tool Kit) graphics library. It appears to compile easily and run properly on all platforms, including Linux, Microsoft Windows, Mac OsX, Solaris, Irix, and other Unixs in general. Otk was chosen for its cross-platform support, simplicity, and smallness. The OTS GUI is a single C file having less than a thousand lines, and the Otk library consists of a few small files.
