Link Monitor Applet is a GNOME Panel Applet displaying the round-trip time to one or more hosts in a bar graph.

Podalyzer scans one or more Web server log files, extracts entries that result from downloads of media files like podcasts, and generates a report based on those entries.

In addition to reporting the number and size of downloaded files, it generates a number of graphs showing downloads over time, downloads per show and (if the Geo::IP module is installed) a breakdown by country.

Word Inspector project is a GTK frontend to Dict dictionary program.

The dict program allows you to search through one or more dictionary-like reference books for a word, then displays its definition.

Word Inspector expands that by allowing you to enter words to look up more easily, easily look up words that appear in the definition for another word, and automatically look up a word in the X Windows selection.

Cow is something like a waveform editor in that it generates a wave file from one or more graphs for amplitude and frequency. It has a graphical user interface that simplifies this process.

First i wrote some classes to generate wavefiles with graphs for amplitude and frequency. Thats really simple sound synthesis. The waveformeditor of Christopher Rowley[1] inspired me. As it worked i made a little GUI just because its more compfortable to edit the
graphs... Ok. I could produce sounds, thats fine. Someone lend me a midi-keyboard and i programmed something to play the sound at different tonepitches. Well, thats it. Was a funny project, still works for me, but i guess it is dead. This will be the last release so

cowman reads midi-events from /dev/midi00 and plays the apropriate note on /dev/dsp. You must start it with a cow-file as command-line-option or with a configfile. See manpage.

KDE DVD Authoring Wizard will allow you to create a DVD from one or more DVD compatible MPEG-2 files. All you need to do is add one or multiple files to the playlist and answer the questions that follow.

Tinderstatus provides an extension displays an icon in your browsers status bar which shows the status of Mozilla tinderboxen.

Tinderboxen are the computers which build Mozilla applications over and over, reporting the results of each build attempt to tinderbox.mozilla.org, so that developers making changes to the applications know when their changes cause the builds to break.

Tinderstatus will either display a green icon, meaning all tinderboxen last reported successful builds and tests; an orange icon, meaning all tinderboxen last reported successful build, but one or more reported test failures; a red icon, meaning one or more tinderboxen last reported build failures; or a black icon, meaning Tinderstatus was unable to retrieve the status of the tinderboxen.

Tinderstatus will also either display an open or closed door symbol on its icon depending on whether the Mozilla codebase is currently open or closed to general changes.

Tinderstatus tracks the Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, XULRunner, and Camino tinderboxen.

Hakembo is a simple game based on the popular game of "Rock, paper or scissor", where you will be able to play against several bots controlled by the computer or against one or more (until 6) friends in the multiplayer mode by network/internet. Linux version dont support the multiplayer mode.
