SimpServer is the first lightweight instant messaging security gateway for Unix systems. Install SimpServer on a Unix system and configure IM clients on your local network, and conversations with Simp-equipped parties will be automatically encrypted. SimpServer can indeed accept simultaneous remote connections and thus secure local and/or remote clients.
With SimpServer, corporate environments can now benefit from centralized instant messenger encryption. Linux fans can now secure their MSN conversations. SimpServer is beta and is free for any use.
Main features:
- This version of SimpServer supports MSN Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo! and AIM encryption using the Diffie-Hellman key-agreement scheme. It does not currently support authenticated modes such as the RSA modes of the Windows version, nor does it support other IM protocols. That limitation brings an important advantage: SimpServer can be used as a security server for multiple IM clients, not only the one on the local machine, but others on the network. It is indeed possible to configure clients to use SimpServer as a proxy server, which will secure all outgoing IM flows.

-As for the Windows version, the Unix edition can be highly customized: messages can be colored depending on their cryptographic state and contact names can be prefixed during conversations (MSN) to quickly see if the conversation is secure.

doIRC is a full fledged IRC (GUI) client written in JAVA.
doIRC is multi-threaded, MDI and implements IRC, CTCP and DCC protocols and is a very user friendly and easy to use application.

VacCon (short for Vacation Configurater) is a Web Interface for setting up and using the email auto-reply program vacation.
VacCon project is developed specifically for OpenBSD (due to the password checking requirements) but could quite easily be changed to work with other operating systems.

WMPing is a small dockable application for checking the state of hosts.
It show "up" status for a host that is available (ping packets are returned to you) and "down" status for a host that cannot be pinged.

OmegaWM is a window manager currently in the early stages of development. Key goals are that it be ICCCM and FreeDesktop.org compliant.
Enhancements:

- Added helper classes to iterate the frames, children and hotspots managed by the WM instance
- Added a preliminary menu model and an Imlib2 menu renderer
- Added a plugin system (with dependency meta-files), dont forget to update your bootstrap file (if you use a custom one)
- Instead of launching a thread for each screen, omegawm will now fork
- Added virtually endless viewport support (only limited by the X/Y coordinate system of X11 which will probably mean youll never be able to find your windows ever again before you reach the limit)
