Free puzzle software for linux

Mayze 0.0.1a will provide hours of entertainment for everyone. This is designed as a maze puzzle game written in Python and PyGame. It features a simple overhead adventure shooter. You move around, you shoot. You can also make your own levels using the level editor.

JRicochet is a simple puzzle game. It consists of a 10x10 grid, which contains 5 invisible blocks. From each side a player can shoot probes into the grid. Goal is to find the blocks by the pattern of the ricochetting probes in as few shots as possible.

Hex-a-hop is a puzzle game based on hexagonal tiles. There is no time limit and no real-time elements.

The objective is simply to destroy all the green hexagonal tiles on each of the 100 levels. As you progress through the game, more types of tiles are introduced which make things more difficult and interesting (hopefully).

The project is built on top of SDL, which is an open-source layer for direct media access.

Brikx is a puzzle game.

A small puzzle game in which your goal is to remove all tiles. You are held up by other tiles, gravity, walls, and other things, and you can even redesign the level while playing!

B.A.L.L.Z game is a platformer with some puzzle elements.

Ballz is a platformer with some puzzle elements. You take control of a ball which is genetically modified by the British secret service. Your mission is to rescue captured British soldiers from a prison in Iran.

The game was in 72 hours for the TINS competition, a competition similar to Speedhack. The name TINS is an recursive acronym for ‘TINS is not Speedhack’.

FlowFlowMania project is a remake of the classical puzzle game Pipe Mania on Linux with GP2X compliance.

This class implements a generic solver for single player games. In order to use it, one must inherit from it and implement some abstract methods. Afterwards, its interface functions can be invoked to actually solve the game.
