Schedule::Oncall 0.8.3
Schedule::Oncall module contains methods for managing an on-call schedule. more>>
Schedule::Oncall module contains methods for managing an on-call schedule.
Schedule::Oncall provides methods to manipulate an on-call schedule. One or more tables of schedules can be maintained, loaded, and searched. An on-call table is composed of seven days, where each day has a list of minute ranges which correspond to a particular person.
Information such as email address, pager number, etc. may be stored in the schedule configuration file. Simple variable assignments may also be made. Other textual information may be stored in the schedule in order to assist other applications (e.g., html headers or email body text), and variables substitution may occur within the text blocks.
Schedule files may be chosen based on weekly or monthly rotations, relative to the first week or month of the year. Weekly schedules begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday, the same as strftime(3)s %W" format. Each rotation is stored in a separate file, and the appropriate rotation is chosen at load time.

OpenDDS 1.0
OpenDDS is an open-source C++ implementation of the Object Management Groups Data Distribution Service. more>>
OpenDDS is an open-source C++ implementation of the Object Management Groups Data Distribution Service for Real-time Systems specification (version 1.0). This project implements most of the minimum profile of the Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe (DCPS) layer of the DDS specification.
DDS provides demanding applications with a high-level, object-oriented publish-subscribe model while enabling efficient, direct data transfer between publishers and subscribers. More information about the OMGs DDS specification can be found at the OMG Data Distribution portal.
OpenDDS is built on the ACE (ADAPTIVE Communication Environment) abstraction layer to provide platform portability. OpenDDS also leverages capabilities of TAO (The ACE ORB), such as its IDL compiler and as the basis of the OpenDDS DCPS Information Repository (DCPSInfoRepo). In addition, OpenDDS leverages MPC to ease the maintenance burden of supporting multiple build environments and platforms. For a current list of supported platforms and build environments, see the OpenDDS FAQ.
Enhancements:
- Support for built-in CORBA:: sequences was added.
- DDS entities have changed to local IDL types and now support zero-copy reads.
- User-defined DDS types are now correctly scoped.

E-UAE 0.8.29-WIP4
E-UAE project is a version of UAE, the Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, with an emulation core largely based on WinUAE. more>>
E-UAE project is a version of UAE, the Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, with an emulation core largely based on WinUAE. The project attempts to bring many of the great features of WinUAE to non-Windows platforms. This version now finally has a name, E-UAE, since thats what everybody was calling it anyway. The E can stand for anything you fancy. Experimental, extreme, exciting, egalitarian, eggplant.
Currently it will build and run (with a varying degree of supported features) on Linux and other Unices, Mac OS X, BeOS, AmigaOS itself (either for 68k machines or PPC machines with AmigaOS 4.0 and the AmigaOS clones MorphOS and AROS). OS X requires either LibSDL or an X server for graphics output, but native graphics are supported on AmigaOS and BeOS, although, at the moment, SDL is also preferred on BeOS since the native driver is incomplete.
E-UAE is open-source software and is made available under the terms of the GNU GPL. E-UAE is based on the work of dozens of contributors including Bernd Schmidt (the original author and maintainer of UAE), Bernie Meyer (the author of the x86 JIT compiler), Toni Wilen (the current maintainer of WinUAE), and many more.
To make full use of E-UAE you will need access to an image of some version of the Amiga Kickstart ROM (although UAE does include a ROM emulation which may work with some old games). The Amiga Kickstart ROMs are copyrighted material and may not be freely distributed (so dont ask me for a copy). If you dont have an Amiga from which you can legally make a ROM image, a selection of ROM images are available for purchase online from Cloanto - publishers of the Amiga Forever distribution.

Compendium 0.2
Compendium is a tool to generate encyclopedia-type Web sites. more>>
Compendium is a tool to generate encyclopedia-type Web sites (e.g., databases of books, authors, publishers, and literary genres) from content housed in a MySQL database, based on HTML templates.
It generates pages with relatively static content and relies on Ruby on Rails for providing a backend to maintain the database. Compendium project radically separates content (in the database) from presentation.
To facilitate this separation, it allows users to define their own custom tags and provides a simple translation engine to deal with, for example, tables of contents and navigation paths.
