Making changes to the LiveCD is as simple as modifying the fedora-security-livecd.ks configuration file.

Elive is a Debian-based desktop Linux distribution and LiveCD featuring the Enlightenment window manager. Besides being pre-configured and ready for daily desktop use, it also includes "Elpanel" - a control centre for easy system and desktop administration.

Parted Magic is a ~30mb LiveCD/USB with its only purpose being partitioning hard drives. Although GParted and Parted are the main programs, the CD/USB also offers programs like partimage, testdisk, fdisk, sfdisk, dd, etc...
Parted Magic is based on my work from the GParted LiveCD project and falls under the terms of the GPL.
Enhancements:
- We added dd_rhelp, sdparm, mbr, and xfburn for starters. Updated programs: linux-2.6.22, e2fsprogs-1.40.2, ntfs-3g-1.710, dd_rescue-1.13, ddrescue-1.5, leafpad-0.8.11, file-4.21, testdisk-6.7, mdadm-2.6.1, pciutils-2.2.5, syslinux-3.51, isomaster-1.0, hdparm-7.4, xfsprogs_2.8.21-1, busybox-1.5.1, and usbutils-0.72. All menus are bypassed now. After the syslinux menu, it boots to the desktop without any other interruptions. You can now create the LiveUSB from the LiveCD by using our new USB Operations program...

PapugLinux is a light desktop environment live CD using Fluxbox and contains standard desktop applications as AbiWord, Bluefish, XMMS, Graveman, Firefox & Sylpheed. The server side has not been forgotten with Apache, ProFTP, Ssh, and Cups.
Current release is labeled 06.1 and is the first one of a - I hope - long serie.
PapugLinux is based on Gentoo and was built using Slax tools.

GParted-Clonezilla project is a multi-boot livecd booting off GRUB. It can load the last GParted-livecd or Clonezilla to backup file system localy or through the network. Clonezilla supported ext2, ext3, reiserfs, xfs, jfs of GNU/Linux, and FAT, NTFS file system.

Ophcrack is a Windows password cracker based on rainbow tables. It is a very efficient implementation of rainbow tables done by the inventors of the method.
The project comes with a GTK+ Graphical User Interface and runs on Windows, Mac OS X (Intel CPU) as well as on Linux.
Main features:

- Cracks LM and NTLM hashes.
- Free tables available for alphanumeric LM hashes.
- Loads hashes from local SAM, remote SAM.
- Loads hashes from encrypted SAM recovered from a Windows partition.
The ophcrack LiveCD contains a full linux system (SLAX), ophcrack for linux and rainbow tables for alphanumerical passwords.
The liveCD cracks passwords automatically, no installation necessary, no admin passwort necessary (as long as you can boot from cd).

AdminsParadise VoIP PBX is a full Web-based phone and fax solution that integrates the best-of-breed open source VoIP software.
The project runs Asterisk 1.4.2, hylafax, avantfax, and PHP5 with a themed, easy-to-use, Web-based interface.

- Upgrades to Freepbx 2.2 and updates modules to the 2.2 level

Free60 Gentoo LiveCD Xenon is a liveCD for Linux on the Xbox 360. It is based on the experimental gentoo liveCD that can be found here:

It has a few changes to boot on the Xbox 360 (codename xenon).
How does it work ?
Burn gentoo-livecd-xenon-beta-v2.iso. Upload the cdreader binary via serial, or use the new king kong patcher with built-in readcd code, this will open the dvd tray. Put the gentoo-livecd-xenon-beta CD in the drive. cdreader will automatically start the xell bootloader located at lba 0x20 on this cd and boot the Linux Kernel.
