GetMonitor project is a Python XChat script for monitoring DCC file servers requests on sharing channels and IRC servers.

Similar to AutoGet and SDFind scripts, it helps you request files, monitor queues, and search files automatically.

IRC Services are Services for IRC Networks (or just Services for short) provides for definitive nickname and channel ownership, automatic channel mode setting, memo (short message) storage and retrieval, and greater IRC operator control over the network.
Main features:
- Nickname management. Services allows users to "register" nicknames, and will prevent users other than the registrant from using them. Services also maintains information about each registered nickname, including the last time the nicks owner was online as well as a URL and E-mail address that can be set by the user.
- Channel management. Like nicknames, Services allows users to register channels as well. A channels owner can give privileges to other users of the channel, such as auto-opping or the ability to set various channel options, or conversely deny other users the ability to obtain channel operator privileges or even enter the channel altogether. Services will remember the topic on the channel even after the last user leaves, and can automatically set modes on the channel whenever a user joins it.
- Messages to offline users. Probably every IRC user has gone through the experience of waiting and waiting for someone to come online in order to pass a message along or ask a question. Services alleviates this with a "memo" system, allowing users to leave messages for other users even if the recipient is not online at the time; the recipient will be notified of the memo the next time they log on.
- Centralized network control. Services includes features which allow IRC operators greater control over the IRC network through a single point, and also defines multiple privilege levels for IRC operators with respect to Services itself. For example, IRC operators with sufficient privileges can use Services to set modes on any channel; it is also possible to ban users or groups of users from connecting to the network entirely, and such bans ("autokills" in Services terminology) will remain active even if a server, or Services itself, splits from the network.
Furthermore, each of these sets of features can be configured or disabled to match individual networks policies.

InspIRCd is a modular C++ IRC Daemon for Linux, BSD and Windows systems created to provide a stable, modern, lightweight ircd (irc server) from scratch and provide a vast number of features in a modularised form using an advanced module API.

By keeping the functionality of the main core to a minimum we hope to increase the stability and speed of our project and make it customisable to the needs of many users. InspIRCd is designed primarily to be a custom irc server for the chatspike irc network (irc.chatspike.net) but we are releasing it into the public domain under GPL so that you may benifit yourself from our work.

InspIRCd is written from scratch, avoiding the inherent instability under large loads which can be seen in many other irc server distributions which have the same featureset.

Irc-Scroller is a Web script that parses different IRC log formats, and dynamically displays them as Web pages, updating almost in real time.

The log formats used by eggdrop, mirc, irssi, and a custom database are currently supported.

ruby-ircd is an IRC daemon implementation. ruby-ircd extends the webrick generic server.
Currently, it only supports minimal facilities like creation of rooms and private messaging between users and rooms.
Enhancements:
- Compatibility fixes were made for different clients. AWAY, LIST, TOPIC, WHOIS, and VERSION were implemented.

F-IRC provides a console IRC client.
F-IRC is an IRC client for the console. It supports multiple servers, scrollback, and all the basic features one can expect from an IRC client.
When F-IRC is started, youll see a list of channels and servers on the right.
The box around these is inverted. That means that if you use the left- and the
right cursor, they will work on the channels etc. If you press ^n, the box will
no longer be inverted and you can use the cursor keys for editting what youre typing.
If the channel-box is selected, press key right on a channel to get a list of
people in that channel. Press key left to exit this (and return to the list of
channels) or press key right on a name to get a menu via which you can kick
and ban people as well as get information on them. Press left on a server to
hide all the channels for that server, press right to unhide all channels.
Press cursor right on a channel to enter that channel. If theres a star in
front of channelname, someone wrote something in that channel. Press ^w to
jump directly to the next channel in which someone wrote something.
Enhancements:
- The cursor is finally visible in the edit-line.
- The program now runs on 64-bit platforms as well.

IRCTree is a project which shows a tree representing the structure of an IRC network in ASCII.

Introduction

IRCTree shows a tree in ascii format representing the structure of an
IRC network.

You need netcat (nc) for it to work.

Compiling

No need to compile, but you can copy it into /usr/local/bin with make install.
